I found that this dimmable lights did not get dimmed after one point and started flickering. It also flickered a couple of times before going off. I did not expect this. And was stuck with them as it was a pain to replace from high ceiling. In my original review, I gave this product 2 stars because of this problem. However, I wrote this updated review to reflect the above and beyond post-sell service I received from the seller. They did a few things that were exemplary to show how great customer service can be. - They simply refunded my full payment seeing this review and even without me reaching out to them. - They sent me an apology for the trouble it caused me. - They sent me a replacement for the lights in addition to already refunding the original cost without me sending the existing lights back. - They sent me a gift card to cover the installation cost that I would need to pay again to replace them. So it's a little hard to tell because my phone is trying to offset the darkness of the room but these lights dim excellent with no flicker 1 month in of use, and we basically keep them at a 15-20% dimness for ambient lighting because they get so bright. Anyone who gets these, or honestly most any other lighting like this is gonna want to get a dimmer switch cuz on full power they are too much. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, just saying. Make sure you check the size of your room with a number of free online calculators to determine the optimal spacing and size of light you would want for a space. These are fantastic.
