I flip mid to upper priced homes and I always find a place for these Lights. They are an incredible value, dimmable and you have an option of changing the "warmth" of each individual light. They don't need a traditional "can" to mount them inside, just a six inch hole cut in the ceiling - super easy install! We've installed more than a 100 of these in the last year with no problems. These recessed LED lights are incredible. I installed them all around my house and even hooked a few up to dimmer switches. I am putting these in all of my rooms to replace the overhead lights.

I've bought 8 boxes already. Plan on buying about 10 more for a current job. Easy to install. Comes with a 5 light selector switch! A pricy option when looking at other brands. And the pricy is crazy! Just don't let them know!
