Product came with battery completely discharged. When connect to USB port via provided cable the red light was flickering rapidly (not solid as stated in provided instructions). After several hours on charge the unit would not turn on unless still connected to the charger. Instructions really poor and obvious that English was not the first language of individual writing same. Then attempted to install the memory card provided and this was very difficult to accomplish. In fact, the provided card looks nothing like the one illustrated in the instructions. Makes me wonder if it's correct. On the plus side is the image on the screen (when you finally get a picture) is very good. The final determination on whether to keep the device or not will come tomorrow after leaving the unit to charge overnight. If it does not immediately come on it's going back with a "this is trash" review. Maybe I just got a bad one. Followup - seller replied to the original post above and immediately contacted me. Advised that they would send a replacement and did exactly what they said. Second unit worked out of the box and charging function is working. Thank you Supermarket2010. Great service when there was a problem.

Focus range is 3 inches. Good light. Couldnt get it to zoom. Theres better ones out there.

This is a perfect tool at a fantastic price for the do-it-yourself crowd. I wasn't able to run fishtape through a conduit to pull some electrical wires under some recently poured concrete. I used this scope to investigate what was preventing the fishtape from progressing (leaked concrete into the conduit) and I was able to resolve the problem. Had I not been able to see what the problem was, I would have used an improper solution. This saved me time and money. Furthermore, I was able to use this to take some pictures to send to my contractor (sloppy work). I definitely recommend this tool.

I love the scope because you can see visually with a monitor where things are and you can also record stuff. I love the length of the tubing. I will probably purchase a longer one in the future. The quality is well-made. It’s very helpful and some of the space as it was a little hard to guide in, but you know it’s an older home and so there’s hard places to Get into in corners flexible tubing. Quality of it is well man look forward to using it in the future and I will give you may be some more views as we do use it in our remodel.

This unit works as it is advertised, but the camera size is too large to navigate an "S" or a "P" trap. If you have a straight run without these present, then you will love the ease of use of this unit. If not, then I recommend finding a unit with a smaller ( shorter length) camera.

I've owned a wide variety of endoscopes with very little luck this far. However, I am beyond pleased to say this is by far the best unit I've owned or used! It is far better than units I've used that are 3-4 times the cost. I've used it for diagnosing plumbing issues, routing wires through walls, and a wide variety of automotive uses without a single complaint! UPDATED MAY 2022 This was a fantastic device right up until a month or two ago. Despite the description specifically saying it is waterproof, I attempted to use it in a wet location and suddenly get a "no input" error on the display screen and the camera lights that had been on are now off. I didn't think it got that wet, as it was barely three to five seconds that it had gotten wet. Regardless, I let it dry out and the camera came back on after a few days. It has been intermittent since and essentially no good to me anymore which is a shame. I can only hope that the timing of it getting wet was purely coincidental and not causal, and that it is simply a defective unit. Unfortunately the return / support window closed months ago, so I guess I'll have to take a chance and order one again and keep my fingers crossed it was a fluke. I still give it a four star rating (instead of five) purely because the issues with it recently. Otherwise it would get the original 5-star rating and yes, I would certainly consider buying it again though I would look into whether there was an extended warranty offered on it or not.

As a handy man this tool has saved me time and customers money when I can find issues with out having to do exploratory opening in walls for electrical issues water leaks and so many other needs I use it to look for issues under homes between insulation and subflooring wire routes in walls tremendously worth having especially with the attached video display with out having to use my phone in condition that might not be freindlyfor expensive phones and the price is just perfect and more durable than expected its a must have tool
