Installed these in a 1998 Lincoln Continental with a 4.6L. Same fit as original. Usually I stick with OEM or well known aftermarket manufacturers for ignition parts but needed these in a hurry to replace the original ones (256k miles and one dead one). Some reviewers mentioned the lack of a hold down feature. These injectors are for the 4.6L, 32 valve, overhead cam InTech engine, not the 16 valve 4.6L in the F150’s. They are held down by rubber buttons which are incorporated into the cover plate gasket (see photos). I didn’t have any problems with the installation and the covers fit and sealed the same as with the original injectors. I commute 60 miles a day and don’t expect these to last as long as the OEM’s at $50.00 each. I do expect them to last the remaining life of the car. Why bother making injectors that will not run at least 100k. I'm keeping two old ones in the trunk. I will update this review if they start to act up. As much as I like to put oem parts on my car, Motorcraft ignition coils are pretty expensive. After a little research I decided to give these a try, and am glad I did. Lincoln did not make it easy. Just changed one side at first. But the soon the others started to fail too. changed all of them and got good power and better fuel economy.

I used these on my 2001 navigator, not easy to install due to engine configuration but definitely a great price to fix this old engine, get them you won't be disappointed
