  • Good customer service!
Let’s call this what it is: a decent attempt at an EMR pen that overshoots in some spots and faceplants in others. Out of the box, it looks the part. Clean design, comes with extra nibs, and fits nicely in the hand—until you start writing. Then it slides around like you're gripping a buttered screwdriver. You’ll find yourself white-knuckling it just to keep control. The gloss on this thing makes it feel like they tested it in a climate-controlled lab, not in actual human hands. Now for the bigger issue: it starts writing before it even touches the screen. Thought I was losing my mind at first, until I popped the nib out and it still kept drawing like it had a ghostwriter. I could order a replacement and roll the dice again, but I don’t buy pens to play roulette. The eraser technically works, if you press hard enough to risk a cracked screen. It's got that “mushy button from a 2007 remote control” feel, which makes switching between pens a little jarring if you're used to something with actual tactile feedback. Also, it’s not nib-compatible with the official reMarkable pens, so if you’re juggling a few styluses, you better keep a mental spreadsheet—or start labeling them like mismatched Tupperware lids. At $40, I expected function, not just form. Instead, I got a pen that looks sharp, writes inconsistently, and makes me long for the factory default I was trying to replace. If you get a good unit, great. If you get mine? You’ll be sketching in thin air and wondering what decade this design came from. UPDATE: After posting my review, the vendor reached out and offered a replacement. The new pen works exactly as it should—responsive, smooth, no lag or weird quirks. It’s a night-and-day difference. Credit to them for standing behind the product and fixing the issue without any hassle. Glad I gave it another shot. If I had received this working one first, it would've been 5 stars from the start. ... show more

  • A little too light weight for me, but I do like it!
Color: White
Initially, I did not like this pen. It feels rather light and that is not a great quality in a pen, in my opinion. I prefer to have something substantial to write with, but not so heavy that my hand starts to hurt. This pen feels light light-weight plastic and a bit cheap. However, I do like that it's white and orange and not the boring black or grey that my other pens are. When I first tried it out on my Supernote Nomad it seemed like it wasn't working right. It would write before I even put my pen to the device. I recently tried it again, but this time on my new Supernote Manta, and it worked perfectly! I'm not sure what the difference is, but now it's working great and I actually enjoyed writing with it. Had I not given it a second chance, this would have been a 1-2 star review. I'm now saying it's a solid 4 star. It's just the lightweight that's going against it for me. ... show more

  • Very good OEM replacement
This stylus works perfectly with my Remarkable 2, though it is substantially lighter weight than the oem stylus. That may not necessarily be a bad thing, but it does not have the same level of heft to it. If you're used to the oem stylus, it does take some getting used to how light this one is. It still functions perfectly well and the magnetic attachment is very strong, slightly less than the oem stylus. It seems very durable and looks great with a dark colored case. The tip has the proper resistance and very nearly matches the texture of the oem stylus, feels very natural and near paper-like. I'd absolutely recommend this stylus if you are looking for a very functional stylus that has all the abilities of the oem one, but at about 25% of the oem price. Excellent value overall and I'd for sure recommend it. ... show more

  • Works
Honestly got this to mess with an old DS. Works great. To be fair anything really would work but I like that it hasn't been scratching the screen. Feels great in the hand, feels like it is well made, even if it is a bit pricy for what I am using it for.

  • Solid Stylus with Great Nibs, but Lacks Pressure Sensitivity
This stylus is made of plastic, but it feels quite sturdy in hand. What stands out the most are the nibs, which provide a great writing experience on the Boox Note Air4 C. It also includes five extra nibs, which is a nice bonus and ensures long-term use. The magnets aren’t very strong on the Boox, but since this stylus is designed for the Remarkable tablet, that’s not really a downside, as I was aware of this before purchasing. One nice feature is the built-in eraser on the top. However, the biggest drawback is the lack of noticeable pressure sensitivity, especially when compared to the Lamy stylus. Overall, it’s a solid stylus for the price, offering a great writing feel and good durability, though it could be improved with better pressure sensitivity. ... show more
