I bought this bag specifically because of the dozens (if not hundreds) of bags that I looked at, it had the least number of reviews that mentioned zipper failure, which seems to be an ongoing problem with the backpacks that I buy. For the amount that I paid, it seems very sturdy, with plenty of pockets for devices or clothing. The laptop pocket is padded a fair amount (at least from the front of the bag -- the rear internal padding not as much), and should be sufficient for non-tactical use. I haven't put an extra heavy load in it, but the stitching on mine does have the occasional loose thread (not around any of the weight-bearing parts though). If I had one complaint, it's that the external USB battery cable is USB A and not USB C, and there isn't a dedicated side pocket for the battery (sold separately) which means that it tends to "flop around" in the bag, but really that's just nitpicking. Great storage capacity, good quality zippers, and a reasonable price. All that's left is to see whether it holds up over time.

Never been a backpack person but bought this for a trip overseas! I am hooked! Very well designed. Charging port a plus and came in very handy on our excursions! Very sturdy - zippers function well and are high quality. Lots of different compartments to hold a variety of items. I ditched my briefcase and now exclusively use this backpack for work ! Been using for just about a year now and no rips or tears! Great value!

I'm thoroughly impressed with this backpack's quality and value. Usually, I've settled for pricier options from big retailers like Best Buy or Micro Center, which were decent but never quite hit the mark. However, this backpack has surpassed them in every way and at a fraction of the cost. It's stylish, has incredibly smooth zippers (they glide so easily, I was initially concerned they might unzip on their own, but that's never happened), and it's become my go-to for every outing. The comfort is unmatched, it seamlessly attaches to luggage, includes a secure anti-theft pocket, and has more space and features than I ever expected. I'm not one to frequently post reviews, but this backpack deserves all the praise. It's a definite must-buy, and you'll understand why once you try it.

This backpack is awesome! I live and work in rural West Africa and take this backpack to work every day. It has survived the heat, dust and rain of West Africa and a motorcycle accident like a champ! Sure, it's dirty but hard to tell since it's black and it hasn't ripped or fallen apart like so many of my backpacks have. It has ample room in the main large pocket plus the laptop compartment fits my 15.6-inch laptop without a problem. The smaller pockets throughout the bag are also super useful. I love this bag and hope I can buy it again when I need it...but that might not be for quite a while!

I had a $110 Swiss Gear laptop backpack that I sadly lost. I really didn't want to spend $110 to replace it so I looked generic Amazon backpacks like this EMPSIGN. It looked similar to my Swiss Gear bag for less than 1/2 the price. I really wasn't expecting a high quality bag, but I figured if it lasted a couple yrs I'd get my money's worth. Boy was I WRONG! The quality of this bag is 100% on par with Swiss Gear! This actually has more compartments with more storage space than my old Swiss Gear bag. It's an incredibly functional & versatile bag that I use for everything...work, camping, motorcycle trips, gym bag, etc. I love & use this bag so much that I actually bought a second one! If you're looking for a premium quality backpack for a generic quality price THIS IS IT!

This is a wonderful backpack for travel. I can fit twice the amount of my old backpack. It is very durable and such an amazing value. I would pay double the cost. It has two places for water bottles or snacks on the side which is very convenient. I wish the second pocket on the front was a bit deeper but overall I would give it a 4.5 star if that was an option.

Best back pack to date, and I’ve had many. I travel a lot for photo shoots so I needed something durable but not clunky or ugly. It securely holds my mac laptop, ipad with enough padding and separate from clothes. Eyeglass case on top, with easy access and no chance of scratching or breaking. Other side I can hold 4 -5 days of clothing (thats if you know how to pack) securely holds my iphone and actually all my wires . Side pockets for drinks. And zippered side pockets for hairbrush, smokes or whatever and 2 zippered compartments in front for light thinner accessories . Waterproof too. Strong handle that I doubt will ever break. Comes with a combo lock, but I didn’t really need it. Job well done on this backpack. I’ll probable donate all my others now Thank you for a great product
