Great fit and benefit
Style: 8lb Vest
The design is really great for not squishing the breast, not choking the neck, and sitting square on the shoulders. I was surprised how this really helped my neck and shoulders relax more! They were super tight. And the first time I use it I could really feel it the next day so thank you Arnica pills. I purchased the 8 pound and I really like it and plan to use a lot.

Well made, quality weighted vest.
Style: 8lb Vest
This is my first time purchasing and wearing a Weighted Vest. (8 pounds) Received this product in a very timely manor. Shipped in a box that remained sealed, which was impressive for weights & also included a Cardio Sculpt Circuit Workout Poster with pictures. Tried the vest on and was immediately impressed, excited to use this on outdoor walks and indoor on the treadmill. This company is Woman owned. Thank you.

Comfortable
Style: 8lb Vest
Finally caved and got one of these. It’s my first weight vest but it had some great reviews so I figured I’d give it a try. Just finished my first 1 hour workout with it. I find it comfortable. The 8 lbs is perfect I barely feel the difference but I know it will help me burn just a little extra and that’s what I’m looking for. The weight is evenly distributed and the vest is comfortable and soft. I recommend it!

Great entry level vest.
Style: 8lb Vest
I purchased this weighted vest for use during jogging. There are several vests on the market but this one stood out due to its design and price. This is a reasonably priced vest. I also thought 8 pounds was enough weight for me, a woman who's never used a weighted vest, to start with. I like that that vest has closures on both sides which helps with a secure fit. The crossed front is ideal for a female body, as weights squishing one's chest is undesirable. The cellphone holder is a mesh panel near the right closure. It is fairly useless, unless you have a very tiny phone. You could, however, use it for something else, like a key or ID, if you need to carry that stuff around. I have used the vest for a couple of weeks, jogging for 45 minutes to an hour each use. I find it very comfortable. The straps allow for as snug a fit as you'd like. They can tend to loosen as you jog. I tried tying them which didn't work. I found that leaving them loose and then simply tugging on one while jogging instantly tightens it up. Not a big issue. I have had no issue with leaking sand and the vest appears sturdy enough. The only downside to this vest is that there's no option to increase the weight but at this price point that is reasonable. This vest has been a great addition to my cardio workouts. It has contributed positively to my fitness and I hope to use it for some time before upgrading to a heavier vest.

Gives a good challenge to walks!
Style: 8lb Vest
I bought this to give me more of a challenge on my walks. I walk about 2-3 miles a day, have been consistent with this for 1 year now. I was initially going to get the 10 lb vest because of its ability to add weight. But from reading other reviews I was a little worried it might too heavy for me to begin with. I am really glad I went with the 8lb because it is a good challenge but doesn't make my walk unbearable. The fit is very comfortable. I definitely feel sore in my shoulders / back as I think others mentioned, nothing horrible but I could tell I would be sore after the first use. I am sure it will get easier as I get used to it. So glad I bought this and I will definitely buy the 10 lb if I ever grow out of this.

Uncomfortable design
Style: 16lb adjustable weight vest
The weights just below the shoulders, especially at the back were very uncomfortable. I had to cut out the sand bags for it to be tolerable and not dig in to my upper back. The overall design is not as good as what I was expecting.
