I purchased this vest in a size XS for my 12 pound havanese/pom pup who is a certified ESA. I was definitely impressed with the quality of this harness! It is extremely well made. The material is durable and breathable. The product has an overall nice feel to it. The fine details- like the reflective stitching and substantial connector ring makes it an exceptional product. The harness is well designed so that it is very easy to slip onto my pup. The "emotional support" patches on either side are a little bit hard to read because the letters are pretty squished together, but I actually prefer it that way because I didn't really want to invite questions about my condition. The patches are actually removable, which I think is an excellent feature. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think the sizing could be a bit misleading. Like I said, I ordered the size XS for my 12lb pup, and it fits him quite nicely, but that is after adjusting it to the maximum tightness on both the front strap and under the belly clip strap. So I really don't think this vest could work for a dog smaller than mine. Though my doctor and airline personnel told me that my ESA was not required to wear any specific indicator, I chose to purchase a special harness for him regardless because I felt like it would fend off any unwanted questions, be easier, etc. ... show more
