This was a gift for one of my friends that love nightmare before Christmas. This is a very small plush toy but it’s very soft and adorable. I took a picture with a $20 bill to give an idea of size even though it is in description of the item.

8 Inch Squishmallows are still pretty small, if you're familiar with the brand they're barely bigger than the ones at five below. Not a problem, but squishmallow measurements are hard to understand. I got this for my sister's birthday and it came with the tag and was in good shape, no stitching coming off or anything. Looked legitimate to me, and my sister loved it.
