Not only did they give me a used slide with dents and dirt but also this thing took 7 hours to assemble just the trampoline. Most the parts do not fit without HAMMERING them in. It will also take a drill do get any of the screws into it. So far it has been a horrible experience and to top it off customer service would have it replaced as a whole item and refuses to just replace the slide. Meaning you have to unassemble and repackage then carry not one but two heavy boxes. All to probably get the same poor quality product shipped back out to you. ... show more

The basketball hoop is super cheap and the safety net ripped in the 1st week. The trampoline is doing it’s job and the kids love it, they just can’t use the basketball hoops effectively

So, this arrived in a box that was ripped open in multiple places and looked really terrible, but at least all the parts were there. I specifically chose this trampoline because it says Max Load Weight:1000 lbs and I wanted my kids and their friends to be able to jump on it together, but the information in the instruction manual says Max Load Weight is 330 pounds and NOT 1,000. That's a HUGE difference. Also, the net does not fit. I'm going to reach out after writing this review about it because I don't know if the net was just improperly marked as a 16ft net or if they run small, but no matter what I do, it will NOT fit the trampoline. All in all, my kids are enjoying it, but I do have concerns about their safety when I buy what is supposed to have an enclosed net and a 1,000 pound max load limit only to see that the trampoline itself claims 700 pounds LESS. ... show more

This is the worst trampoline ever! I can’t even put the net on because the bars are incorrect. It took hours to put this up. Horrible instructions. THE BARS SHOULD HAVE SPACED FOR ONE EXTENDER BUT IT HAS 2 ON 2 different bars. I’m pissed I spent this much money and can’t put my kids trampoline all the way together!
