The stethoscope doesn't seem to work that well. You cab hear a heartbeat but it is very faint. The pen light didn't work at all.

It is very good for the price, But the adult cuff is small and the stethoscope ear piece is just straight and it hurts the ear. Overall it is good. I gave it 5 star because of the price.
