This is a killer little camera. It has awesome resolution. It has so many options that it will work for just about any application. I do have some issues with the tracking system. It will track me pretty good if I am sitting but if I stand up and then sit down, it tends to focus on something else and doesn't go back to tracking like I think it should. If it's supposed to follow and track me like having an extra cameraman, well, I would fire that cameraman. It does decent enough and I can work with it. I just have to push the lens back down to me until it thinks, "Oh yeah, I'm supposed to be following him". It was very easy to install. The software keeps popping up that I need an update and when I click on it I get a message to install more software. I installed the software once and it isn't even compatible with this camera so that is pretty annoying. Still, for the money, you can't beat this camera, it is a pretty good value. I have this camera and another stationary one from the same company and this one is far and above the absolute best resolution of the two. ... show more

DO not purchase unless you want to be scammed. I purchased this for my brand new home setup - brand new laptop, brand new everything. First off, this doesn't work with Windows 11... OR Windows 10 or 11 using ARM 64.. Second, this doesn't work on your phone, despite everything you'll google saying it does. There's nothing that suggests this is the WRONG one. After contacting support from EMEET it was abundantly clear that they don't care. Their rep clearly gets these complaints daily and didn't give a crap. Their tone, language and choice or words was dismal. After they clearly pointed out purchasing this product was my problem, they then said to me it's because I was using a Windows 11 laptop with ARM 64. Fine.. Switched over to my Lenovo P16 - 32GB RAM // 2TB storage, fully spec'd out. Downloaded the software, alas, it connected. This smile was short lived. Once I tried to connect to Teams it told me that the camera was unable to work based on having too many resources open on my laptop... There wasn't much opened (and that shouldn't matter).. I then proceeded to close literally everything despite me knowing my work wouldn't allow that either.. Despite that, same error message. Nothing worked. Zero. There is NOTHING worth this amount of frustration. There is a reason it's direct cheap. Can't say I never warned you. ... show more

This is an Uber cute camera. It is like having a pet rock in the office. The ai functions are great overall. The stand and computer attachment are all good quality. Comes with software for local recordings. There are several downsides to this camera. The color is off. My walls look bright purple and my face looks pasty. I worked with customer service, and they were great, but we could not fix the color balance. The image is hyper crisp with little depth of field. This gives the background a slight digital look. When I moved to a different software program, the color and depth were great, but the camera lost al Ai functionality. So, while I really like this camera, it will be returned as it does not meet my professional video making needs for my job. Bummer. Too cute! ... show more
