Really wanted to love this pillow. Let me just start by saying this was a good pillow just after 2 1/2 weeks it just wasn't working for me any longer. At first I was sleeping like a baby and this past weekend did it for me. Here came the neck pain again. I ended up going back to my cheap Walmart brand pillow for some comfort. I am 90% side sleeper the other 10% back and occasionally stomach sleeper. I really wanted to love this pillow. I love the shape of this one too. Not sure if I staring to have issues with this one because I'm used to a pillow being little bit more firmer or not. On to trying another pillow. 4 stars because it was a good pillow and probablywould be great for the next person. ... show more

Since this pillow got 40K reviews I read many of them and it sounded like a good fit for me. The one thing I would have to say is that the memory foam on the pillow that I received was not the memory foam that I have experienced in the past it is VERY hard in your head does not sink into it as other memory foam pillows I have used. A car accident 40+ years ago made my neck and shoulders my tender spot. I've used Chiropractic ever since the accident but sleeping has always been painful. I've gone through hundreds of pillows over the years. I liked the shape of the head and neck support but the firmness of this pillow is way too hard. I did give it three nights but woke up with headaches and neck aches the next morning After reaching out to the company itself, they told me that there is a softer version. I went back to my Amazon order and did not see where you can choose the firmness. So I called Amazon customer service. They were fabulous in helping me. She was able to see that there was a softer version. She did the return for me and told me to return it to Amazon which I promptly did. She said once I received the refund they will resend me the softer version. I was so grateful that I called Amazon and they were able to fix my problem. Can't wait to get my softer pillow I think this will be the ticket!! I trust the softer version of the same pillow is going to be amazing. ... show more

It's a great product. It's a lovely type of soft but still supports my neck and has eradicated the stiffness and pain that I used to wake up with when using regular pillows. I only took off one star because I ordered the king size, paying extra for that, but it was much smaller than actual king size. I have regular neck and shoulder pain from working at a computer all day. I knew my pillow was also making it worse so I wanted something better to support my neck and relieve tension. This pillow is VERY GOOD if you’re a back sleeper. it is very comfortable and it does help my pain. I however am mostly a side sleeper and it can be a little awkward at first to sleep on. The arm positioning sometimes bothers me but I’ve gotten used to it for the most part. You do really need to give it a good test run if you’re a side sleeper to make sure you can get used to this pillow. Overall it does help my neck and shoulder pain when I really need it to. ... show more

I'm a side sleeper with scoliosis. My neck and shoulder is always in pain. I was skeptical especially since I just returned the my pillow and the purple pillow. This pillow is a good pillow. It keeps your head in place and my pain started to go away. Last night I slept with the pillow upside-down and it tweaked my neck pretty bad. I'm going to give this pillow a few more days. Hopefully the pain will go away. If not I will be looking for something bigger. It's a good size for a smaller head. The king is bigger but maybe too big for me also the small is firmer. The king is much softer. More squishy. I almost want to try the Queen size pillow it might be just right. ... show more
