I saw this on sale on November and thought we’d see if any good ahead of Christmas. My daughter knows of Elmo through friends but doesn’t know Sesame Street but that doesn’t matter. She LOVES it! The flaps are great and fold down. Heck they’ve even kept the printing picture on the flap so open or closed the picture matches. Good quality. She is 2 (24 months) and pulls the flap but doesn’t rip them. One of the better books we’ve ordered! Win! ... show more

Bought this for my toddler who was newly into Elmo. He loves the flaps in the book. We race to open the flaps during his bed story time. Unfortunately he likes to rip the flaps off as well. And then cry the next time we read the book and he realizes they are ripped off… But overall, fun book to read with kids. Makes a great gift. Especially during Christmas time. And especially if your child doesn’t decide to rip the flaps off. ... show more

I bought this book for a 16 month old I nanny for and she absolutely LOVES it! It's the first book she picks off the shelf and takes to the reading chair every time. From a busy town square, to a skating pond, and to Elmo and his friends decorating the Christmas tree with Oscar, there's so much to see and find under the flaps on each page. The pages are beautifully glossy and there's also a kitty hidden somewhere in each scene, which makes for extra fun. Some of the flaps are quite small and difficult for little fingers to open, but with a little help, they stay propped up from the page eventually anyway. I would recommend this for accompanied reading under the age of 3, as the flaps aren't thick and can be easily torn, but what a great Christmas book that little Sesame Street lovers will enjoy! ... show more

My 4 year old really enjoyed this flap book. The book has alot of flaps and even after reading the book a few times already, he has fun searching for the location of the flaps on each page. Each page illustration depicts a cute scenario with the Sesame Street characters such as playing in the snow or helping Oscar the Grouch decorate his home. As a parent, I liked the message that Christmas is a good time to celebrate with friends and help others. I was also impressed with the fun images under the flaps and how much they got my toddler talking. Great holiday book! ... show more

Wonderful Christmas book. My daughter loves it and I enjoy reading it to her. The colors are beautiful and lots of flaps. I wish some of the pages had more flaps though, for example the front door on the page before the last does not open, but the identical one on the last page does. I wish they both did so that my little one doesn’t always try to skip the second to last page. Overall a very nice book though, and we still read it even though Christmas is long gone. ... show more
