I switched from a yeti travel mug to this one, and I do not regret my decision at all. This mug has the best seal, with ZERO leakage. I work in a high industrial environment so this mug has been banged around and yet it still holds up, it is VERY durable. I have not tried cold drinks in it, but I have tried hot tea and coffee, and it keeps both incredibly warm for at least a few hours. The pattern of the mug is super cute, but it is not scratch resistance (at least not for an industrial environment). ... show more

I love so much about this mug. It keeps my coffee hot, the sipping lid is ideal, it never leaks, it’s the perfect size, and it’s stylish! I honestly debated about leaving this review because I really think it’s almost perfect but… once that lid is screwed on it’s REALLY hard to unscrew! I have to struggle with it for awhile or find a stronger hand to help me. so… other than that, it’s perfect! I think maybe a more rubbery lid would help for grippyness but not sure… still almost perfect! ... show more

I bought this cause I wanted to downsize my coffee intake daily. It keeps my coffee warm throughout the morning. Does not leak and is easy to clean. I wish my mailman would not have shoved it into my mailbox cause It got stuck and dented it when we tried to retrieve the cup. We ended up removing the lid while in the packaging causing the cup to get scratched. None of that has caused it to leak or not function. Just a frustrating fact and damage was done to the mug. First of all, love these cups. They’re very durable and never leak. Keeps hot drinks hot for so very long. In my experience the hotter your beverage starts out the longer it will retain heat. Putting your lid on right away and keeping it closed will make your heated beverage last longer. I hand wash mine and have very little issues with color peelings and zero lid issues. If sponge is abrasive it can affect color slightly and reveal the stainless underneath. But very minimal on my own. Super easy to clean. Lids are so tightly sealed that they’re hard to get off sometimes. Running under warm water helps a lot though. Amazing cups, I use every day. The eye appeal of cup is the reason for my purchase, along with an almost 5 star rating; however, the cup does not keep hot drinks warm. My last cup kept coffee/cappuccino hot for several hours, not so much for this cup which is the reason for the lower rating.
