However, I heated my meal in one in our work kitchen microwave, then placed the lid atop to carry it down the hall to our breakroom, and the suction that occurred was immediate, powerful, and permanent! I absolutely love these containers. I did learn very quickly not to seal them when the food is way too hot, otherwise the inside of the lid will sink and make it hard to open the next day. Overall because of how adorbs they are and how great they look in a fridge, it has inspired me to cook more at home for lunch for work. It has saved me so much money so far.
