I have a small collection of Ello storage glassware (with the protective silicone sleeves) that I absolutely LOVE. I was incredibly excited to find that Ello also makes a travel thermos. I have to say that I love the look, shape, and feel of this travel cup. Travel cups that are wider in diameter at the top than they are at the bottom do not appeal to me as I feel they tip more easily. Since I am usually around electronics, stability in my drinkware has become a required quality. As soon as the Ello Arabica arrived, I tested with water to confirm that it is indeed leak-proof (HINT: it IS completely leak-proof!) My only concern at this point is that the edge where the powder coat ends at the lip of the cup is rough on one side but smooth on the other. To me, good quality control would ensure that the entire edge would be smooth. Even though my mouth and lips won't be touching this rough edge, I worry that the powder coat will start to peel from this rough spot. I guess only time will tell.... I will update this review should this worry become an actuality. ... show more

Having tried various brands that were all quite good we decided that the Ello was just a better choice. They are very well made and feel right in the hand. If you do not like drinking your drink with the lid on then these are are definitely for you. They have the most comfortable rim around the top. Definitely recommended. Good insulation. ... show more
