The product arrived with this small purple button broken off on one side. As far as I know, it’s not a button that impacts the functionality of the item and is hopefully purely ornamental but it came right out of the box broken. Otherwise it seemed to work ok in the few minutes that I had to test it out. Definitely compact in size and will take some time to get used to in comparison to a full size flat iron. I am not sure I’d want to put it into the travel case before it had completely cooled down so that’s a little bit disappointing as I thought the travel case might also serve as a sort of mat for the counter top but I don’t think it will as it’s a sort of faux leather/vinyl product which would surely melt if it came in contact with the iron. ... show more
