I ordered a 3 pack of black, green and pink. I use earbuds on a daily basis for not only listening to music, but also to use for watching TV via Roku (the Private Listening feature on Enhanced Roku Remotes has a headphone jack). I wanted something that would be simple to use, yet maintain some kind of organization for my earbuds that often tangle when not in use. I will admit that upon arrival, I was disappointed in the fact there were no instructions on how to properly wind earbuds so that they will match the product photos. But after trying multiple times and studying the photos, I was able to discern that the end plug of the earbuds is to nestle in one of the notches on the sides. From there, you should be able to loosely, but firmly, wrap your earbuds cord around and every time I have done this, the headphones end up exactly in the right place as shown in the photo. It's disappointing there is not a printout or instructions included that would allow for someone to use right out of the box, instead of having to learn by trial and error as I did. I have 3 different sets of earbuds, which is why I ordered a 3 pack, and every single pair seems to line up precisely (despite different cord lengths and earbud types) - once I discovered the proper way to wind the cord. This product really does work - it's just poorly explained. I cannot comment to whether or not this method works for Apple earpods, as I do not own any. I do, however, own a pair of Sony, Bose, and Beats earbuds which all seem to line up properly, even with volume control or microphone buttons. I have read that some others have commented on that it does not constrict the wound earbuds tightly enough once wrapped around the holder and the button fastened. Again, after I discovered to properly wrap the cords, this does not seem to be an issue. The earbuds themselves move a bit freely but I would not want them to be smashed in the middle either. When wrapping the cord, I use loose but firm pressure when doing so. I do not allow the cord to have any slack when winding, but I also do not wind the cord incredibly tight either. There seems to definitely be a "sweet spot" and the lack of instructions do not help this, but I can say that once you get the hang of it, it's a fantastic way to keep earbuds neatly wrapped and tangle free. The actual holder itself is made of dense silicone, it seems very durable and I do not believe it would be easy to rip or tear. The button that fastens the strap is good quality, and does not appear to be loose or potentially fall off of the silicone holder. In my experience, its durable, well made, useful and good value for the price. I know it certainly has helped me become instantly more organized with earbud storage and I do highly recommend this product - it just takes a little while to get precise. - I will submit a series of photos when I have more time, showing the steps I've been using in order to wrap my earbuds as precisely as the product photos above.

It works very well as intended. It's just that if you have weak or arthritic hands and fingers, the snap tab is hard to open or close. I alleviated this problem by using a sharp knife and cutting a slit in the tab down from the hole for about 1/4 inch. I made several shorter slits until I reached a point where our hands could open and close the snap easily. The material is thick and stiff enough that this didn't affect it's ability to fasten and stay closed.

Great organizers for headphones and wires My headphones and charging wires were getting tangled up and abused and broken and every other thing under the sun you can imagine. Putting them in my purse or backpack or wherever was basically condemning them to an early death. Looking for something to keep them organized, that small, easy to spot, sturdy, etc. and these two little items/holders definitely fit the bill To this very day I still use them and it’s been probably six or more months. They’ve gotten a little dirty kicking around in the bottom of all of my bags, but that’s OK. They have protected my charging wires and headphones, and that’s what it’s all about. The colors are bright, The material is sturdy, Easy to find amongst the rubble of your purse or backpack, and the price is right. So what are you waiting for? Make one less thing in your life tangled and out of control – your headphones and charger wires.

They do and they don’t work. I bought a few of these to try. If you can figure out how long exactly your cords are and find a good starting position on this thing, then they work fine. They sure reduce the clutter and prevent tangling of the earbuds. I’m not a big believer in wireless earbuds and prefer to use wired ones instead. That comes with the headache of where to put those when done and how to wrap them up. I guess a small ziploc bag could do, but that doesn’t prevent tangling up the cord. These are a nice alternative, and with some practice in terms of position of the end of the cord and which side to start on, they work fine. At $6 each I guess it’s ok, but there might be less expensive alternatives out there. These seem to be made very sturdy though.

I can’t use any type of ear buds due to ear issues so I have the old school chorded Apple buds and they get tangled easily. This solved the problem ! Highly recommend
