I’m a 70 yr old widow and I put this together in less than 30 minutes without any tools. The instructions were clear and simple. The pieces click together beautifully. This is very well made. It’s a little heavy, but I appreciate the chunky stability. The first day I went 4x the distance I go with my cane. I live on a dirt road and it’s great. It does not move well in the heavy gravel of my driveway. It was tippy in that environment. Someone made a comment about the hand brakes were loose…that is the one adjustment I needed plyers for, a couple of turns and they sit solid. Highly recommend this unit. ... show more

This came really fast considering I ordered it at Christmas time. It was barely easy to assemble, no tools needed. Nice height adjustment, the seat is sturdy. The con is, that the brakes don't work well. The tires are so smooth the brakes don't have anything to grip onto to stop the the tires, and if it does grip the tires the tires slide on the floor. I wish there was some tread on the tires to grip the floor and the braking system. ... show more

I have been plagued with partial foot amputations and suffer from neuropathy of both legs for many years. I have used wheelchairs as my primary method of mobility when recovering from the amputations, and normally walk with the assistance of a cane. The neuropathy is becoming more of a problem, and I was searching for a better mobility solution. That's when I discovered this ELENKER All-Terrain Upright Rollator Walker, Stand up Rolling Walker with Seat, 12” Non-Pneumatic Tires. We purchased the product on a Friday, and it was delivered to us the following day. Our son-in-law and daughter put the unit together in about 30 minutes. Only basic skill is necessary to assemble the unit, and adequate assembly instructions are included with the product. Assembly is accomplished by primarily fitting the unit pars together and tightening the bolts or screws. The unit itself is quite sturdy, I used it this morning at church. I have a walking cast on my right foot, and I felt very comfortable supported by the unit. It was more stable than crutches, and was more confident walking along with everyone else into the sanctuary not worrying about tripping myself or someone else with crutches. My wife and I received many positive comments about the unit and its sturdy, rugged appearance. The unit itself compacts quiet easily for transport and storage. One pull on a top strap folds the unit up into a compact unit that can easily be transported in a car trunk or backseat. We own a van with split recessed seats in the back. When folded, the walker will fit nicely into the recess in the floorboard, almost as if the recess was especially designed for the rollator! Even though the church greeters offered to help my wife with the unloading/reloading of the rollator back in the van, she could pull the unit halfway out of the van, then use the van's bumper as a fulcrum to ease the remainder of the unit out of the van and lower it to the ground. When it was time to leave, she reversed the procedure and reloaded the unit back into the van with no assistance or difficulty. Without the support of the van's bumper/cargo door ledge it will probably take two people to load. Great buy! ... show more

I bought for my 75 year old mother it is too heavy for her to lift when walking even trying to cross over if something as small as a garden hose it wants to flip forward if you use it on uneven ground it still wants to flip forward because all the weight is on the top and towards the front very poor design the size of the tires does not help it to go over anything it just adds more weight also because it does not lock open it has a tendency to want to fold inward when turning or on unlevel ground where someone might pull their arms to the inside. I had extensive back surgery, in rehab 3 weeks and now home 60 days. I'm walking with a standard size walker and will for the rest of my life for stability. I was hunching over for 2 years prior to surgery. I have less to no pain but still hunching over more than I should. This stand-up straight walker is something I NEEDED. I purchased this upright walker for my Dad in October. He lives with my brother who helped him as he began to first use it. Dad did not like the walker, but would not say why. When I visited recently, I discovered that even though the brakes were tightened adequately, when I attempted to sit on the seat, the walker slid away because the wheels are slick. It is far too late for ME to get a refund, but if you are considering purchasing this walker….do not. It is not safe. I am very disappointed.
