Third is an excellent quality mattress topper! I've had multiple back and joint surgeries. I NEED something that is soft and consistently supportive, so that the foam doesn't matte and compress. This topper is adding life to my very expensive adjustable Tempur-pedic mattress,( and saving me literally thousand$ on a new bed!). The stretchy stocking-like material is designed so the outer edges wrap nicely around my very deep-pocket mattress - and it STAYS PUT even when I adjust the head and foot of the bed! It's designed to offer you the best possible for for your mattress. There is NO sliding, so my body doesn't get pulled out of alignment. That is huge for anyone whose had spine surgery or suffers with serious back pain. It's been over one week, and I'm able to fall and STAY asleep! I was up and down all night before getting this! It's SO comfortable that I can lay my head back without a pillow. I have ride in my neck, so head and skull pain are a concern. I've had fewer migraines this week, too. Now, is a slight bit warm, as is, so I'm not feeling the cooling effect. When I use viscose or bamboo sheets that wick-away heat, it really makes a difference in keeping me cool, so I do recommend using them with this topper. That is a small trade-off for an invaluable, restful sleep where my pain is greatly diminished and most importantly, not made worse by an unforgiving mattress. I've shopped around a bit before deciding on this one, and I'm glad I did. THIS mattress topper offers increased comfort and pain relief. It's made well: excellent, reinforced stitching with soft but durable fabric. The fit is exceptional, so it also works well as a mattress protector. They typically cost at least $50 (for a good one), so for another $50, you are adding comfort as well as protection. It can be laundered easily, which is also a plus. Another excellent feature is that there there are NO TOXIC FUMES - right out of the box! That's a first with any memory foam product I've tried. There was NO need to air it out. I really love this mattress topper. The mattress topper was easy to unwrap and install by myself. My full-size mattress is a bit smaller than most, so the topper is a bit larger than expected, and it does move, which can be terribly frustrating to have to keep adjusting it every day. Often, it hangs off one side of my bed more than the other or comes away from the head of the bed, and hangs off the ends of the bed as well. Sometimes my sheet does not stay on, and I am constantly adjusting the topppers. Aside from the adjusting, I have no other complaints. This topper is a dream come true for me, someone who loves a plush bed that you just sink into. My mattress was just not plush enough, so I got this to help as well as help with some back pain and other aches and pains I suffered from. This topper went above and beyond. It helps me feel so comfertable I feel like I am sinking slowly into relief. I also notice I don't sweat as much with this either, I definetly reccomend this topper if you like a plush bed that you sink into. ... show more

Oh I love it! My bed was right in-between hard and soft so I just need a little more softness. This is exactly what I was looking for nice and thick. Soft without losing its shape no matter how long you lay on it. Sturdy. Only sinks in enough for you to feel the comfort the rest molds to your body so it holds you so you get a great night's sleep. I ordered this mattress pad for my son’s dorm room when the one that was being recommended everywhere wasn’t available. I was nervous since I had heard so many good things about the other product. Let me say this, my son is a very picky bed person. He LOVES his bed at home so much so that when we redid his room for a more “grown up” feel when he was 11 he didn’t want a new bed. Only after dragging it out of him did I understand that it was his mattress he didn’t want to change. So this kid has had an opinion on his comfort and sleep since he was little. Anywho, when freshman year wrapped up he said “That might have been the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.” I was floored since he was talking about a traditional dorm bed. He immediately asked me to get him the same setup for his off campus apartment next semester! Caveat on steps I took. First I left it in the packaging from day it arrived till we got to dorm move in. When we got to dorm, I unpacked it, rolled it out on the bed to fluff up and air out before making the bed. When I made the bed I did use the Kingnex Cooling Twin XL Mattress Protector Waterproof Ultra Soft, then I put Pottery Barn Jersey sheets over that. I showed him exactly what I did incase things got messed up when he stripped bedding. So, I can’t be sure if the product itself didn’t move around or the way I made it up ensured it stayed in place. But he had no issues with it moving. There were no smells which I had heard people talk about with the mattress pads, so that was a bonus. And I think the “cooling” might have played a part in making it more comfortable. All in all, it is a WIN! And highly recommended this product. We had NO wear and tear issues and it looked brand new at end of school year. ... show more

I was excited to add this mattress topper to my king bed. It seemed to have good reviews, recommended by Amazon and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately, after arriving it turned bad fast. I put the topper on the bed, which was an easy process and was waiting for the creases in the foam to smooth out. I pulled back the cover to see if this would help the foam to fill out and when doing so noticed that the foam was shedding tiny particles all over my mattress. YIKES! Even after removing the topper from the bed, it was still covered in very small particles that felt like fiberglass. I took me more than an hour to vacuum up these particles from the mattress top and surrounding bedroom floor and I still don't feel like I got them all. The pad could be comfortable, but it is certainly not safe to sleep on this topper while it is shedding these particles that would be breathed in and cause all type of possible respiratory issues. I am so mad. Not only did I not get a working topper, but I spent most of my day trying to remove the particles from my mattress and bedroom and then had to find a way to dispose of the huge piece of foam and cover. What a waste. I cannot believe that this hasn't been an issue for other users, or perhaps they just haven't noticed the shedding, yet. See photo, this shows many of the particles I shop-vac'd off from the mattress. The white particles all came off from the bed and surrounding floor that were being shed by the foam insert. ... show more

I don’t write reviews unless I am over the moon about a product. This mattress topper is amazing! My bed is not old but compared to other beds I just felt it too firm for my liking. I did splurge on this one so I was really hoping to not be disappointed. I feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud! The foam plus the soft top is really thick but not in a firm way. I felt kind of cradled in my bed. It also added 2-3” of height to my bed. Only thing I didn’t like was it had a smell when I first opened it but went away after a few hrs of airing out. ... show more
