This thing is soft. I put it on my bed and now my bed is soft. I ordered it on the internet and it came to my house! Wow. Not very expensive so I managed my expectations accordingly. My wife cheated on me while I was in rehab for drugs and alcohol. We're still working through that in spite of the new mattress cover. The bed is a little warmer with this cover on. It fits perfectly. I have no complaints. I still have hemorrhoids that flare up from time to time if I push too hard on the toilet or I sit too long. I did not expect this product to cure me of any ailment or make me a more spiritual person. Therefore, I was not disappointed. A plus rating! I love internets.

Early impressions are very favorable, my wife and I have both slept better with less back and hip pain in the morning. Seems to be the superior product we expected! Exactly what we were looking for on our super-firm mattress. When you cant swing $2800 for a mattress, this topper is the next best thing!! Comfortable and perfect size to increase height of existing mattress. Fit is perfectly snug, deep pocketed, does not shift or move around. Holds shape well doesn’t leave holes where you lay. Very heavy in weight. Stays fluffy and soft night after night. Delivery was on time and packaging was neat and tidy, came vacuum sealed, with no chemical smells. Topper expanded nicely within about an hour. Customer service is exceptional, they really care about their clients. Highly recommend!

OMG! I have finally had a good night sleep thanks to this mattress topper!! For a few months, I just wasn't sleeping well and finally realized the reason might have been the firmness of my mattress. After another restless night, I looked up king size topper and this one had amazing reviews..so I purchased it.I confirm the reviews are true..for the last few days, I don't even want to get up because my bed is that comfortable...I had to write a review..I definitely recommend!!

This product is good separately, but When combined with the the 3 inch Lucid charcoal memory foam topper, it's like sleeping on a cloud!!! I was apprehensive about making my bed so soft because it's supposed to be bad for your back, but since getting the combined matress toppers, Ive been sleeping a full 8 hrs without even waking up to pee. I've been waking up pain free! As well as my husband that has 3 herniated disk. So glad I bought/ combined the 2 mattress toppers!!! I spent $200, but it feels like sleeping on a $2,000+ bed.

(UPDATED 05-10-2021) "I'm extremely happy with the customer service from this vendor. Considering the circumstances of the pandemic, they were very responsive and offered a replacement or refund. A few weeks later I received a replacement. The shipping box had been damaged and shipping taped on all four corners due to the cover's space bag had a small punctured causing it to inflate. After waiting a few days for the comforter to inflate, it still did not performed as described. But with that said, it's quality made and excellent support." (Previous) I was excited after reading description and receiving the product nicely packaged. Disappointed immediately that night as the weight of me 156 lbs creates a flat spot for both my spouse and myself. The only thing to do is "fluff" the cover to regain it's shape, then once you sleep on it, it flattens out. NO support. Nicely manufactured but does NOT live up to it's marketing statements. I can not recommend this.

I love it! Our mattress is only 5yrs old (if even that). There are divots in it where we sleep. Between hip issues from pregnancies and a left shoulder repair I am alway tossing and turning during the night. I wake up hurting. I really did not want to spend the money on a new mattress. We “JUST” bought one. My cousin had one on her guest bed. I sleep like a baby at her house! So I asked her about her mattress. She told me about the topper. BEST INVESTMENT EVER! We have a Cali king. But honestly it was worth every penny! I’ve been sleeping so well!

I was hoping for a thicker mattress topper. If it's not starting out thick and fluffy I'm concerned that the more I use it the less resilient it will be. I guess we shall see. That being said it has made a dent in the backpain I wake up with in the morning. That's definitely a good sign. Do wish it was fuller! Revision: I originally gave this item 3 stars for the above reason. I need to revise that as this has been one of the BEST experiences I've ever had with an online purchase. After I wrote the above I heard from the company immediately. They couldn't do enough to make me comfortable about the purchase. We corresponded several times and now I am thrilled with my mattress topper. Thank you Elemuse!

This cover makes me not want to get out of bed. We have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for about a year and both my husband and I complain about how stiff it is. This cover has helped tremendously! It is soft and comfortable. If you have a stiff mattress and want some extra softness added do not hesitate to BUY this cover!
