Battery is bad or charging system, it wont charge and customer service will not respond after 2 weeks of my first email!!! It was working fine and suddenly stopped working!!!!! Edit: had a little trouble contacting customer service but they are working on getting me a refund which is a good gesture from them!!! I will use it to buy the same product since we love it!!! Second edit:well we got a refund for the total price i will only give it a 4 star because of the problem i had with the toy but i really recommend this and customer service was great after all!!!

I recently bought a new car for myself, and of course, my son immediately wanted one of his own too so I decided to surprise him with this beautiful little ride-on car. It came in secure packaging and only took me about 30 minutes to put together. Super simple to assemble! What I really love is that it’s a 2-seater, so it’s roomy enough for both of my kids to ride together and they absolutely love it. It’s become part of their daily routine now. My favorite part? My son parks his car right next to mine in the garage and even insists on cleaning it whenever I wash mine. It’s the cutest thing! He truly adores this car and takes so much pride in it. It’s been such a sweet way for us to bond, and seeing him so happy just makes my day.

I don't normally write reviews, but since I haven't had any luck getting customer support, I'll write a review instead. The product worked great at first. The "gas" pedal has stopped working. The car is completely useless without the remote. I can use the remote to drive the car, like a remote-control car, but my son can't make the car drive using the pedal. Grant it, it's been almost two years since it was purchased, but I would expect a nearly $400 car to work for longer. Also, it hasn't been abused or used more than a dozen times. I tried finding a way to contact customer support, but have up looking for contact info after about a half hour (it's almost like they don't want you to contact them).
