I did experience some of the issues like the reviews said, no rips in the sheets though. I think the sheets are dyed, I purchased the black ones. The sheets were faded just a little bit and a few spots. I washed them with other items. I probably should not have. I suggest washing them in cold water and wash and dry them alone without any other clothing. They came out soft and no rips in sheets. I love them especially the pockets on the side. These sheets literally fall apart before the 1st wash - like disintegrate. I have not been more unimpressed with a purchase in a very long time. Would be returning but it is just past the return date. I typically rotate and wash sheets on a weekly basis, for hygiene, with many sets to put off linen laundry since I have to haul it up/down five flights of stairs (no elevator) every time. Out of the box and after the initial wash: these were really cute, the deep pocket as advertised that stay on the mattress pretty securely, and soft/cool to the touch. Upon my second wash/outfitting of this set: I already saw damage/wear start. I don’t think I’m particularly rough on sheets, as all my other sets haven’t had this issue. However, I stuck through this set for the week just because I try to put off laundry and they’re totally thrashed now. The return window is closed just by my own laundry schedule, so I’m just going to recycle these. I’ll keep the pillow cases though just to save myself more laundry trips and to keep my face clean. ... show more

I love this sheet set it's awesome it's got pockets on both of the sides, I use those for TV remotes ! Wonderful colors just like the picture goes great with just about any color comforter combinations and looks like it would match anything ! it's got a great feel that is very comfortable to the touch I like the fabric and it's got straps in the corners to keep it in place and I got it at a great price in a timely manner super fast ! I am overall VERY satisfied with this purchase ide say get it you won't regret it I promise! There are no down sides to it and it also came with four pillow cases that have a inner fold inside to keep pillows from coming out kind of like a interior envelope this is by far my favorite sheet set I've ever bought the material is very nice and feels expensive ... show more

I love these sheets. They have elastic all the way around including the corners which hold the corners in place. I have a base that will raise head and feet but when you do normal sheets begin to slide up on the corners and before you know it the sheet slips off. Didn't think of that when I bought it. My only objection to these sheets which I love is after sleeping on them for a night I noticed (when making the bed) some small tears in the bottom sheet. I didn't notice them before so its possible they weren't there when I put them on so I am not returning them. I was very close the buying the other set of polka dotted sheets. I am heartbroken about the small tears. It almost looks like the fabric pulled apart in one spot. Anyway I may buy the other set to see if I have the same problem. ... show more

These sheets are very nice. They have a nice soft feel to them but are sturdy. Love the bands at the corners of the sheet that help the sheet stay on. Great if you have a bed that adjust up and down. They don't slip off.
