The media could not be loaded. UPDATE...., Without even contacting the company they reached out and offered to replace the one that was not retaining a charge. I so appreciate any company that stands behind their products. THANK YOU!! The kids absolutely love these. They are so much fun. Easy to figure out how to use, easy to charge, easy to use in the water. I have one big complaint however One of the items has a much longer charge than the other. Every time we charge these two things we charge them together the same amount of time One gives the kids a lot of time to play with in the pool. It seems that they tire out before the chargeis ever used up. However the other one almost always loses charge within a half hour. If it were not for this problem I would probably give these a five-star rating. I honestly have thought about purchasing a third one but I'm afraid that that will also be one that does not retain charge very long. I keep thinking I should return the one that doesn't keep a charge. But I can't imagine what is going to happen if there is only one in the pool they are all fighting over it. ... show more

The kids loved this but the charger stopped working and it won’t charge anymore. I need a new charger. I tried finding a replacement online and can’t find one that fits. Hate it because the kids really love playing with this at the pool!

So exciting for the kids, they really enjoy using them in the pool. Battery life is about 45 minutes before they need recharged. Many hours were spent playing with these they do not go underwater for diving. They are mainly for the top of the water, the kids loved the squirt gun part of it as well, the only downfall was that one of the two came with a bad battery charger, but the company took care of it took longer than I thought it should, but the charger was replaced. ... show more
