It's an amazing scooter goes up hills with no trouble at 170 pounds and keeps a steady 30 kilometers an hour or like 20 mph only complaint the back tire came a bit sideways and I can't figure out anywhere how to adjust it and looking at it can't figure it out but this scooter is a lot better then anyone I know that has one goes a very far distance and could go faster if not for the slanted tire i got I would recommend i use it daily ... show more

Hi everyone, This is a sweet ride! haha speed is amazing! and you can set a "cruise" on the app to keep it from going too fast. Everything seems good, except one of the screws won't go in. Grr. Now why I'm writing... The ride itself is bumpy and not just a little. Of course, this is depends on the terrain you're riding. But, I think, it's the wheels. Let me explain... compared to the one you can rent around town, these tires are not rubber so there's no give and so you feel EVERY bump. Which make you want to hold on pretty tight. And don't think of riding it with one hand as it feels like you'll fall over. The ones someone can rent around the city, I'll go over speed bumps with one hand easy. These tires feel too thin and hard(the material) so that's why I gave it 4 stars. Everything else checks out. 18MPH I'm assuming my 155 lbs dropped it a notch. Going to see if I can get thicker rubber tires to make it smoother. I'll keep you posted! Overall it's not a bad buy. ... show more

It's ok, delivery was great box wasn't damaged my complaints are I was supposed to get a bell didn't receive one ,the grip tape were you stand on was already peeling off,and it doesn't go past 15 mph.It gets the job done but was expecting better quality will go for a better brand next time.

Very disappointed. This is actually the first review I’ve ever written. But I am so frustrated that I needed to warn any other parents before they make such a large purchase for their child and they are disappointed like we have been. I bought this scooter for my son over a mint and a half ago and he had it for a week and the charger started to spark and burn. I contacted the seller and was initially ignored to the point Amazon got involved. When they finally responded to me they asked alot questions and requested multiples videos and pictures to prove the issue. I was sent a second charger which took almost two weeks to arrive. As soon as we attempted to plug it in, again the sparking and smoke. At this point I am convinced the product is defective itself not the charger. I again reached out to the seller, which again asked me for more pictures and videos to prove what I was stating. Multiple days and weeks went by as they attempted to diagnose the issue over WhatsApp. Which at this point, I was convinced that the product was defective and wanted it replaced. After multiple messages back-and-forth and my son having the scooter that he cannot ride for over a month and a half now, my only option given by the seller was a refund. They will not replace the scooter. I was told I have to re-purchase if I want it they cannot send a replacement I was told. I am very disappointed not only with the products but the customer service that I received. I bought this product mostly because reviews said that customer service was very helpful and the product was , good. In my experience that was not the case at all. My son and I are very disappointed. Will be purchasing another scooter from another seller and hope I have a better experience. Stay clear of this seller! ... show more

I kinda became a huge lover of electric scooters after I bought one for my mom, and when hers died I bought her this one, but she didnt like the brakes on this scooter. They kinda slam you against the head tube, even when slightly pulled in. That wasn't a problem for me, though I did notice what she meant. "Touchy". The wheels and ride comfortability is horrid, The battery longevity is fine for a scooter of this caliber of price range, along with the speed. I'm 6ft, 185ib. I purchased this scooter on april 29th, it wasn't rode, or out of the box until may 12th. Today is July 27th, and this thing just died on me.👎 Its a solid built scooter, for the tier, I wish it had a clip to hold it closed when folded. The internal parts that the scooters actually made with... Very cheap quality. I wouldnt reccomend this scooter unless you got it as a skeleton and wanted to build/modify and create your own with custom controller battery etc. ... show more

Bought this to try from off sight parking to work location (3/4 mile). Walking in the Texas heat was 15-20 minutes. Riding this scooter is 3 min or less. The learning curve was very short. Not sure about connecting to my phone but Love it otherwise. I may purchase another for my fiancé.
