But the other very well carrot, but if you need to put air in the front tire, you better have a special kind of air chop to fit it.Sure, if not, you gotta take apart the front wheel to fill the air up. If you're not handy, I know how to work on stuff.This is probably not the scooter for you. I've had this product for 1 week. Charged it once one out used it again. Charger will not fit no more. We bought this my husband and our 6 years old to ride around the neighborhood for fun, this cost more than a lot other models that holds 265lbs, this hold 310lbs, we feel more comfortable to have a higher weight limits for the 2 of them.

I have only used it about ten times and its front tire went flat and cannot inflate with air. The last few times I’ve had to inflate the tire. It is still a new product because over the winter storms of rain and snow I never used it at that time making sure I was safe. Now I am out of time limit to return to Amazon. ... show more

    • Solid built scooter, smooth ride. Pay attention to the tires though.
Overall a solid built scooter. I have had it for only week but it's a sturdy and solid built scooter. The suspension is great and the tires are smooth. The speed is accurate and I've hit 19MPH at 220lbs weight. I am uncertain if the range is accurate but it's been cold here so we will see. I am disappointed in two things: to pump up the front tire you need a valve adapter. The valve stem is built extremely short so you need a special adapter to reach it. I am also not able to find the 'Scootor' app on the app store. Reached out to customer service with no response. Update: found the app, had trouble syncing it up. Customer service never responded so keep that in mind. Update April 17: I have owned it two months. I put about 70 miles on it. The app works. Its a nice scooter and no complaints. Id say the range is pretty decent and I get 12 to 15 miles per charge in not the most ideal conditions (hills, cold, fast driving, etc). ... show more
