This salt and pepper mill does a perfect job and is so easy to use. I have used grinders for 40 years but at last with arthritis in the hands I am switching to items for easier use. These grinders are perfect for that ease of use but 2 weeks ago I had an issue with the grinder I used for salt. I purchased the mills in March of 2024 so I contacted the company. After providing information on my purchase they replaced the mill. I received the new ones in a week! Just like that, with attention and respect! Great customer service and kudos to the company! I will be a fan for life! Also the set is very attractive, mine is blueish grey. I love that they are rechargeable. For those of you reading this, it is a great gift for elderly parents or grandparents ❤️

So far I'm loving these rechargeable salt and pepper grinders. They are nice, smaller size for ease of use and seems to hold the same amount of salt and pepper as my previous Cuisinart set. There is no charging stand so they don't have to sit in on the counter but can fit in a cupboard if I choose to keep them there. They can be individually charged with their own cord and so far I've only charged them when I got them 2 weeks ago. They look nice so I keep them on the counter by the stove anyway. I have to remember that there's a cap on the bottom though. It's so it doesn't get on the counter but I have to remember to take the cap off before I start using it. If I was using these to have a one-handed grinder while stirring a pot I would have to remember to take the cap off before I started the process. This isn't a huge problem for me. The light doesn't seem very bright but this isn't very important to me. These were more expensive than some, but half the price of the Cuisinart set I bought years ago. I hope these last as long as those did.

This is the second electric grinder set I've had. The first ones lasted me about 5 years and served pretty well. But they eventually broke and needed to get some new ones. Firstly, these grind well, much better than the old ones. I didn't like that everything about it was plastic at first, but they seem well made, regardless. That said, they grind too fast and too well. I know that seems like a silly thing to complain about, especially when my old ones would get stuck often. Nonetheless, I have a very hard time getting the right amount of salt and pepper. I guess if you're just making huge pots of food that you need to season, this isn't going to be a big deal. But if you want to season your eggs, you better be ready to move them really fast and in a very even motion. I'm trying to adjust, but I honestly don't know if they'll do. It's a real shame that there aren't at least 2 speeds.

My wife and I love these. They are sleek and easy to use. Good value for the money, a nice size, and the build quality seems good. Easy to adjust grind amounts. My wife has arthritis and these are a lifesaver for her. They hold a charge for a long period and are lightweight. My only wish is the reservoirs were larger but this is not anything that would deter from the overall rating of the product. I would recommend it to anyone.
