So far I'm loving these rechargeable salt and pepper grinders. They are nice, smaller size for ease of use and seems to hold the same amount of salt and pepper as my previous Cuisinart set. There is no charging stand so they don't have to sit in on the counter but can fit in a cupboard if I choose to keep them there. They can be individually charged with their own cord and so far I've only charged them when I got them 2 weeks ago. They look nice so I keep them on the counter by the stove anyway. I have to remember that there's a cap on the bottom though. It's so it doesn't get on the counter but I have to remember to take the cap off before I start using it. If I was using these to have a one-handed grinder while stirring a pot I would have to remember to take the cap off before I started the process. This isn't a huge problem for me. The light doesn't seem very bright but this isn't very important to me. These were more expensive than some, but half the price of the Cuisinart set I bought years ago. I hope these last as long as those did.

This is the second electric grinder set I've had. The first ones lasted me about 5 years and served pretty well. But they eventually broke and needed to get some new ones. Firstly, these grind well, much better than the old ones. I didn't like that everything about it was plastic at first, but they seem well made, regardless. That said, they grind too fast and too well. I know that seems like a silly thing to complain about, especially when my old ones would get stuck often. Nonetheless, I have a very hard time getting the right amount of salt and pepper. I guess if you're just making huge pots of food that you need to season, this isn't going to be a big deal. But if you want to season your eggs, you better be ready to move them really fast and in a very even motion. I'm trying to adjust, but I honestly don't know if they'll do. It's a real shame that there aren't at least 2 speeds.

We love these! The old set of electric salt and pepper shakers we had worked enough but these are so much better. They are very quiet and the grind the salt and pepper so finely its like a dust. The light at the bottom is a nice touch so you can actually see where the salt and pepper are going on your food. We also like that you hold down the button to make it work (our last one wasn't like this). They don't hold a lot of salt and pepper but they're super easy to refill. They are small and light weight so they don't take up too much space in your kitchen or dinning room. The paint on them looks very classy and is very smooth. Overall, if you're on the fence about spending a little extra money and getting grinders like these, do it! Its well worth the extra money!
