this is a great affordable option for an electric ratchet. two batteries that were more than I needed for light car repairs in the garage, makes taking off bolts so much quicker. the item is extremely easy to use, self-explanatory, as you'd imagine. I accidentally made the mistake of trying to break a bolt loose (pretty high torque) with this (which is something these ratchets are not designed to do) and the ratcheting mechanism broke - I decided to contact the seller to see if they could assist, and they sent me an entirely new unit. Couldn't be more thankful for the quick communication and customer service. thanks again!

I can't leave any stars. Apparently I'm forced to leave at least one. It arrived 5 weeks ago, I used it only in the last 8 days, a total run time of 20 minutes perhaps. only to run fasteners in and out. I would break them free by hand and snug by hand. Today it stopped working. tried fresh battery and the original battery once charged, no dice. It's not the trigger lock. It's broken. I've turned wrenches all my life, I'm an ME. I treated this tool with kindness. It's a paperweight now. I missed the return window by a week.

The media could not be loaded. -Overall the product has a quality feeling build to it. -The product works exactly as intended and feels great to hold in the hand for extended amounts of time. the product is light while still feeling like a quality product. -The amount of torque it provides is enough to break loose hand tight and retighten to just Snug. Dont expect to break bolts loose without manual wrenching. -If you are looking for a entry level, budget friendly electric rachet specifically to help in narrow spaces this is an amazing option i can easily recommend.

It's OK. Broke at the plastic/metal part of the head after a year. The motor is grinding somewhat as well. I did use it for a lot but in the end it lasted 6 months.

After watching video of this, I purchased and very happy with this power tool. As in the video, I too cut off the nylon strap. I also will put crazy glue on the switch lock, leaving it on run position. It has some weight but that’s probably due to strong metal gears and parts inside. The speed control works very well. Can go from a crawl to very fast. Comes with 2 batteries so there is no need to worry about usage. I wish it came with a metal bracket that would hold it on a wall surface. But that will be a future project for me. The case is well made and comes with cheap metric sockets so I will probably toss them out. All in all I think this is a strong long lasting tool that will be respected for its use.
