2 days into owning it and the throttle stopped responding. They claim to have 24/7 customer support but now contact number. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone for a possible replacement or even part replacement. I should’ve known better than to buy something like this with very little reviews. Now I’m stuck having to return the bike and have an upset kid at home. Thanks for nothing!

We got this for our sons 5 birthday. Once assembled and battery charged bike would not go, this was a big disappointment for my son considering he is infatuated with dirt bikes and really wanted this. Supplier understood our issue and did everything possible to make sure we were happy and they corrected the issue.
