This bag is really cute and a good dupe for the Gucci Jackie bag. This one does have a zipper which I actually really like so nothing falls out of it. That’s the big difference with the two. The bag does take about a week and a half to come in. It came in a bag, not a box so one side did get bent. That’s why I give it 4. My bf said steam might help smooth it out so I will give it a shot. 1. Bag was slashed on the back when I received it and it was cut THROUGH the packaging 2. Smells like chemical/rubber 3. Some dark gray smudges on front of bag 4. Indents aren’t popping back out
