I use this for my work lunches and I love it. Takes about an hour or so to slowly warm up your food but it makes leftovers taste fresh out of the pan. Had it for over a year now with no problems. Easy to clean and compact for travel.

I purchased this for my 11 year old daughter. I tested it out and it worked fabulous. My only recomendation is that it come with a build in timer. I have to warm up my daughters lunch at 0600 for her to take at 0700 her lunch is at 1130 am. when I asked her if her meal was hot or warm she said warm... and she enjoyed her lunch. She's not able to plug in at school so this is the only downside. but overall i'm impressed with this. I also am curious to know how do I order more of the metal tray? Just in case she loses it or damages it? ... show more

I like this item a lot. It works just as expected. Heats up well. Keeps my lunch hot until I am ready to eat and it is large enough to contain a good amount of food. The only thing I would like is to have a little more space within the carry case to add extra condiments or snacks.

I bought this for my son to take to work as he says he's tired of cold sandwiches every day. Wanted to wait a bit to write a review to see how it holds up. He says that it heats pretty well, takes about 30 to 35 mins. and food is hot. Disappointed with 2 things. 1., it doesn't have a separate top to put on it to store in the fridge the night before. ( He and I both thought one of the main points and convenience of having this was to be able to prepare/pack you lunch the night before so he could just grab it and go) But you can't, or you have to just Lay the top that snaps it all together on and hope that when you grab it out of the fridge you don't drop it when you take it out. Do not trust putting the whole unit in the fridge overnight just to be able to keep food covered. 2. Although he primarily uses this in his work truck to heat his food, thankfully the car adapter works because the wall plug doesn't and didn't work right out of the box. Will give it another week and see if it is still working, otherwise will be sending it back and purchasing another type from another Seller. ... show more
