Item seems made well and not cheap, only problem I saw was there was really no owners manual that explained how to use. Also the planer came with some additional parts and I figured out one of them by doing Google search and looking at the pics online but still unsure of what the other parts are for and how you use them. Also changing the thickness of the cut was not that clear. Didn’t know if lower number was a thinner cut or deeper cut. For unexperienced users some clearer instructions manual would been better but other than that seems like a good product, I used it and it works as designed. ... show more

A open box should be sell as a open box, and it is not only open, it is used. It has scratches on it, I have not try it yet, I hope it works ok, but very desapointed, minimum should have a xx% discount

I hadn’t even tried it unfortunately until the policy to return it expired. The first few swipes of board on edge . I hit a small knot and parts of the casing cracked all over , it jammed and the motor billowed smoke from its vents.. So now what. Cant return it I wont even try to repair it.
