This thing was super fun, but the gear broke after the first use. However, the seller responded immediately and is sending out a new motor. I reached out because it was taking a long time to arrive, and they let me know there had been a delay at the factory. They even refunded me for the wait while still sending the motor. The seller’s customer service was awesome, I must say, and that alone is worth the stars!

The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 of these based on the reviews, my kids love them, but after 4 uses they both have issues, one is making a loud clicking noise in the front end when it drives, i don't see any damage on the wheel it sounds like a broken gear. The other one just randomly stops intermittently even on a full charge. It'll stop and refuse to go, then after awhile it might work fine, then randomly it does it again. I don't know what to do how do I contact the seller it says returns are for unused items. We have a total of about 4 hours on these. These are cheap. I would like to return them but I feel I would just be in a cycle as we stuck to flat smooth parking lot. I don't know how to contact the company.

We bought it for my son as a Ramadan Eid gift. He was very happy. He drove inside the house because the weather was cold today. He even had a lot of fun at home. What an awesome go cart! My 6 -7 year old grand kids love it. Prefect age for them. This go cart spins in circles real fast. The kids Love it. I don’t think anyone under the age of 6 would enjoy it because it’s too fast with the spinning in circles. It’s lots of fun and easy to put together. It about 40 minutes or less. Your older kids 6-10 would love it.
