Does not come on a spool as stated but wrapped in shrink wrap with label saying “part of set, do not separate”. I’ve laid it across ground for now and when it rains I can hear a leakage spark at many points including where it comes near damp ground so either the insulation is too thin or as another reviewer has proposed it may be broken internally affecting performance. I did notice ends were very brittle and even a very modest bend to hook over a fence wire will snap. Will disconnect and test resistance soon and make a decision about returning.

Seems well made, east to work with. The underground run, which is by a pond, so the ground is always damp, was checked for leakage by measuring voltage at both ends - measured the same with no loss.

This wire was loosely spun in a roll formation and shrinkwrapped with a printed note that said " do not separate, sold as set." There was no spool for easy storage as described and the cable changes conductivity if moved in the slightest. I am returning this. I believe I was sent a previously used or faulty product. Not happy.
