I use a lot of hotwire on my farm and this is good quality and durable wire at a fair price. It conducts the way it should and works well. My only complaint is that the 'roll' that it is on is very small so when you get to the end the wire wants to stay extra curly. It will still be usable, just a little harder to mess with. This was the only reason I didn't give it the full five stars, because I do really like the amount of wire on this one roll. Here’s my rating scale for products: 1 Star: Do not buy. This item has serious flaws. I would never under any circumstances use again. 2 Stars: Do not buy. Its usable at best, but you could easily find something better. 3 Stars: Just ok. Buy if you can't find an alternative. Some issues need to be addressed. 4 Stars: Recommend purchase. This item met my expectations. 5 Stars: I love this product and would highly recommend to friends & family. Additional Information: As a Vine reviewer, I know that people depend on these early revies as I to depend on reviews when shopping on Amazon. I fully intend to give honest insights. Because I pay taxes on the retail value of the products I receive (approximately 40%, which includes 15.3% for Social Security/Medicare taxes and 25% for Federal Income taxes), I will not only leave a review, but should my view change I will update the review as well.

I used this fencing wire to run cross a part of my back driveway where I’m having a problem with feral cats accessing my backyard. It was really easy to put up just using the fencing and wood posts. I haven’t electrified it but if they start being a nuisance again then that’d be the next step. As of now it’s keeping them away. The fencing wire seems durable, it’s thick and not really thin to where it might break if weight is put on it. It seems like nice quality and it functions for what I needed it got even with out the electricity.

This poly wire really packs a punch! With its 9 strands of wire woven in, it delivers a strong, reliable zap that keeps even my normally ornery cows exactly where they’re supposed to be. I install a lot of electric fencing in my job, and when I found this polyrope on Vine I thought it would be good to have some additional options in polyrope. I used this on a beehive installation and it worked wonderfully. I was getting very good voltage through the entire system, comparable to all the name brand polyrope and polywire I've used in the past. I usually use Gallagher Turbo Wire (it is not as thick as this rope) and both use 9 strands of wire woven into the PE braiding. However, Gallagher also includes some copper strands for added conductivity. This polyrope is a more economical alternative, and is best suited for livestock inclusion.
