I bought this to protect my tomato plants from a puppy who wants to chew EVERYTHING. It zaps him, but there are so many seconds between pulses that he's halfway through the fence before it hits him. Would be better if it bit him while he was still just poking at the wire to see if he could get through. ... show more

Easy installation. I used it to keep my medium sized terriers from jumping the fence. I used the yellow plastic insulators on small metal fence posts about 2 and a half foot high. Sent one yipping but the other just backed off & shook his head. They have not jumped on the fence since. Now I can relax & let them play in the backyard without worrying if they have escaped. Very much more reasonably priced than the invisible fencing & no bulky collars or nasty shock from accidentally stepping in the shock zone. I think I’ll be able to remove it all together in the future. 🤞 ... show more
