Makes pretty good waffles and nothing sticks which is a huge plus! I was slightly afraid getting this waffle iron due to some of the unhappy reviews on here but after buying abd trying it for myself, it actually works like its supposed to. The trick is to actually let it heat up properly and let the waffle cook for 2-3 minutes especially if you're making fluffy waffle house style waffles for breakfast. 5 stars are well deserved here!

So we have a larger mini pancake griddle that can cook 50 at a time. We wanted a smaller one to pack in the RV and take camping with us and this thing works out great. Cooks just enough to keep feeding our five boys in shifts. I wouldn’t worry about anyone who says there’s no on or off switch, just turn it all the way to zero. It’s also no big deal to unplug it. Really like this little thing and I would certainly buy it again. Don’t think anymore, just add it to your cart! It’s a great buy!

Looks nice but doesn't really get hot or maintain temperature long enough to cook the food. Bought this for my husband for Christmas and was very disappointed. Tried the sandwich press and it took forever to toast the bread and melt the ham and cheese sandwich. We then tried to make waffles. The waffle iron does not get hot long enough to crisp up the waffles. Placed the bater in and waited until the light turned green but the waffle was barely cooked. We left the waffle in the cooker, but the heating elements turned off letting the cooker cool. When the green light turned off then the cooker heated up again. It took three rounds of this per waffle to get a light brown colored soggy waffle from the waffle maker. We gave up and made pancakes with the batter. I do not recommend. Wish I could get a refund for this.

I love the versatility of this product. We've made Cubano sandwiches, filled mini-sandwiches, and waffles. All the plates can go through the dishwasher, and the appliance itself is lightweight. It's a great value for what you get. It is simple to remove or change the plates on the machine. For my paleo waffle mix, I've arrived at a 6-minute cooking time for crispiness, but different batter recipes will have different cooking times. To keep your plates non-stick, simply apply a little oil to the entire cooking surface of the plate and then wipe off the excess with a piece of paper towel. If you do this each time before cooking, the non-stick surface will work perfectly. I've only used gluten-free products on this appliance and have had no problem whatsoever with anything sticking.
