LOVE this pasta dryer!
I bought three of these, one for myself, and one for each of our two kids. The product goes together and folds down easily. It holds enough pasta to do a four layer 9"X13" lasagna. Also acts as a second set of hands if you are rolling out a long, wide dough that needs to drape as you feed the roller. I remember my friend's grandmother using this style dryer in her Italian kitchen. I use it often, and it works beautifully.

Great buy!
Simple and sturdy, foldable for storage. I use mine once ever week or so to make my family spaghetti and fettuccine and it works great. The fact that you can take the dowels off to gather your pasta is really awesome, too. That also means you can wash them if you wish - but I don't bother. The pasta isn't wet enough to leave a mess anyhow.

Good Value For Money
As advertised. Simple construction. Folds up nicely for storage. A little fussy to set up - aligning the parts could be easier. Works well and holds a full batch of pasta for drying. Good value for money.

Great deal! Exactly what we needed to make our own pasta. We like to make one big batch that will last us for days. Easy to setup and takedown. It folds down flat so it is easy to stow away.

Nice but could be better
Good in theory, base falls off or moves too easily. Love the simple look but could use some adjustments. Easy to assemble with that said, and the size is great for small batches and storage. All wood which is nice and could be more sturdy.

doesn't tip over
I gave this rack a five because of how sturdy it is. I'd read reviews of other one tipping over but not this one. Since I'm new to making pasta, I didn't want another hassle. I had a bit (and that's a tiny bit) of a problem getting it assembled as there are no instructions but common sense won out - thus the 4 in "easy to use".
