I had a feeling I'd make pasta more often if drying were easy. I was right. The rack is a bit shaky but it does the job just fine. The wood is pretty and easy to wipe clean.

Simple and sturdy, foldable for storage. I use mine once ever week or so to make my family spaghetti and fettuccine and it works great. The fact that you can take the dowels off to gather your pasta is really awesome, too. That also means you can wash them if you wish - but I don't bother. The pasta isn't wet enough to leave a mess anyhow. ... show more

I like the design very much, but the dowels were not glued in properly, and two fell out inside the box.
