He can sit and play for a long time and it keeps him happy and entertained. One of my favorite features is that it has a headphone jack. If the drumming gets a little too loud around the house, he can just plug in headphones and keep playing without disturbing anyone. Absolute piece of garbage. The plastic face for the digital numbers was missing when I opened the box. It wouldn't charge. The red light for charging just stayed on red the entire time it was plugged in to charge. Never worked once. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. VERY disappointed on Christmas morning. Please DON'T waste your money.
