Ok, y'all! Our 7 year old and 4 year old are absolutely LOVING this electric dirt bike! They literally fight over who gets to ride it first after school. It's such FANTASTIC QUALITY, and is extremely well made! I was actually very surprised to see such a sturdy bike upon unboxing, as it's made of actual metal and is a great weight. The tires are really what impressed me! They're actual "dirt bike" tires and they did NOT cut any corners on these. They're AWESOME! The only thing you need to assemble upon arrival is the front wheel (which the directions are little confusing, as it doesn't tell you EXACTLY what needs to be done... but I figured it out with no issues). Other than the front wheel, you'll just need to screw on the front plastic plate, of which you can customize with the included stickers (SCORE!). The battery is loaded underneath the bike, and is accessible by a key. The key locks and unlocks the battery into place, and secures it very well. We kept one key attached underneath, and one key on a keychain where the "adults only" are able to locate and utilize. While I don't mind the key design, I do wonder what would happen should both keys get misplaced. When needing to recharge, unlock the battery and plug it in to charge via the included power adapter. It holds an impressive charge, and the battery doesn't take terribly long to re-charge to full capacity. The throttle and brake are manageable, even for our 4 year old (with supervision), and our 7 year old took to it immediately with no issues! Don't be fooled by the size! This little bike is pretty zippy, and can really cover some ground very quickly. Very surprised at how quick it is, but maybe that's just the "mom lens" I'm looking through... haha. Overall, this is a WONDERFUL electric bike that our kiddos were SO EXCITED to take for a spin! It's quickly become a family favorite, and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone with kiddos who are a bit adventurous and like to go fast. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I ordered the 12-inch BLISSSKIP dirt bike for my 5-year-old son, thinking it would be a good fit since he already has a 12-inch bike that suits him well. However, I was disappointed to find that this bike looks more like a toddler's toy compared to his current one. While the build quality is acceptable, with aerospace-grade aluminum handlebars and a high-strength iron body, the plastic components feel cheap and flimsy. I have doubts about their durability, especially if the bike takes a few tumbles. Despite my son being of average size for his age, he seems too big for this bike. It just feels too small and doesn't offer the robustness I was hoping for. Overall, it's an okay bike, but I expected better, especially considering the price.

I bought this for my nephew, he is 5 years old. It did not take much time for him to be riding like a pro the first day! This electric bike was easy to setup and the battery came charged. It came with nice quality tools to assemble the bike. The seat is adjustable to help fit many different size kids. The construction is solid so that I know this will outlast my kids wanting to use it. I am happy that the battery holds a charge pretty well lasting over 30 minutes or so. There are 2 different modes: 5 and 10mph which is great, but the faster mode does use the battery a little faster making the battery only last about 20 minutes or a little less. The bike accelerates smoothly so you don’t need to worry about it taking off too fast and making it uncontrollable. The bike is easy to use, and the speed is perfect for young kids

The BLISSSKIP Racing Grade Lightweight Electric Dirt Bike comes mostly assembled. It is securely wrapped and you have to cut through a lot of zip ties but I prefer than than receiving a broken item. Definitely follow the directions for assembly and knowing how to retrieve the battery and charge it. My 6 y/o has a blast riding it. He was able to ride it the same day after a few minutes of practice. If your kid can ride a bike without training wheels they can ride this. It has a little weight to it but once they figure out how to balance themselves they take off. It was more of a learning curve for him to figure out how to use the break with ease but he figured it out. It is on the smaller side so I would say this is for an adept 3 y/o-maybe a small 7 y/o. Your kid will love it. I think the speed is great and they can adjust the speed to be comfortable for them.
