Updating my review, im going to keep the note about that wire being an antenna that can be safely tucked away for others reading through here. I was able to reach luckeep and they were able to quickly answer that it was just an antenna wire. I had done a good amount of research on ebikes before buying and this was my take, I have had this for a couple days after trying a Brampton $3k that folded real nicely but didn't have the QoL I wanted from a main comfort/distance ride. Maybe something like that for car travel however. This comes with a ton of features for its price that I really like. Negatives: Shipping went poorly but everything was included. I got lucky as a few parts that fell out of the box (it lost a strap and wasn't taped shut) only did so when it got here. I will say your lighting controls are garbage, the light button on mine barely clicks when pressed in, and will come lose and shut off the lights on me. That shut off might be me bumping it lightly when I mess with my phone though, still figuring that one out. There is no indicator for when its on so you have to set up a mirror or put your hand out to see the light if its daylight/too bright on the street. I wear hi-vis stuff but lights are critical especially in rain and I want to know they are on. Turn signals too! Its gonna take some time to get into the habit of shutting those off/making sure they are on. The hand grip throttle (right side) allows for much faster take off/movement and much less effort (no pedaling required) like a scooter so you don't have that awkward rush/stress to push the bike forward from stops, that will be nice in traffic especially if you cant filter the line/jump a curb. I need to try pedal assist more with that but it felt safer to use the throttle to get going a lot of the time in traffic. And to note, works just fine on sidewalks too. I just wanted to go faster safely. Pedal assist goes from 0-5, 0 being no power and hard as hell (80lb bike, hard to pedal especially/impossibly for me on hills but I don't have amazing leg strength either) to 5 which will give you great acceleration and higher top speed too I believe. Can give yourself a great workout and throttle ride home exhausted. I really love the feature set for that. Speed caps out around 28-30mph I had to pedal hard to help get it up to higher speeds. I hit 32.6 on a downhill road as a max speed. I need to test that more when I'm comfortable with the speed traction I'm getting.. stupid rain. Its been good in that rain so far though No traction issues so far and it has ABS braking too, so that helps keep braking under control, it seems, I didnt feel like id go flying even when hammering the brakes and hitting hard bumps/sidewalk shifts. I didnt test water/slick stops or anything yet but im hoping ABS will be helpful there. It has a torque sensor which assists the cadence sensor (pedal torque vs wheel spin cadence or something like that iirc) for more natural movement it sounds like, I haven't tried one without a torque sensor yet, but both e-bikes I've tried had different torque sensors, which also made a big difference. The 3k brompton I tried out at the store felt real jerky vs this ones sensor somehow, probably due to different threshold configurations for torque, like the Amazon image shows. And the throttle makes it feel so much better than that 3k bike too, thats such a strong feature. Horn as well.. its loud. This one is feature dense and for a good price imo. This also has a front/rear light and a rear turn signal which is nice though the buttons on our bike for the lights are not great at all, low quality part there imo but maybe its manufacturing issues (button feels weak on push in and seems to pop up and turn off easily, no indicator on that either unfortunately. Im thinking of adding mirrors and especially one so I can see my lights are on and there is no light/audio for the turn signal indicator to tell you its still on or on at all.. ive left it on so many times now. Good motor/battery range. This bike can go real far, it shows you on the display how much power you are using (in watts I think) with pedal assist and the throttle, thatll be nice for trying to save on battery not that I felt I needed to whatsoever. Still need to dig into interface that and find out what all it can do.

What a wonderful purchase! This is my third e-bike, and I absolutely love it. I am 6'3" and 235 lbs, so I wanted a bike that could handle my size and let me have some fun. I have taken it out, and I am very impressed with the smooth ride, easy operation, and the look and feel of the bike. The display is very intuitive, and I like the adjustability of everything. I have found the customer support to be absolutely fantastic. I have put this bike through a solid road test, and it exceeded all my expectations. I have suffered from major long-term health issues in the past, and with a little bit of age on me now, I wanted a bike that would allow me to explore areas I would never get to see otherwise. If you're looking to do something similar or just need a bike to get you to and from work or out exploring your community, this will absolutely do the job. When I got my bike the standpipe can't be tighten enough to be aligned with handlebar. The customer support is really helpful to send a new standpipe that works. Overall satisfactory customer support experience. At this price point, you will get yourself a decent bike with hydraulic disk brake, powerful motor. I am happily surprised by the range of battery. Pure electric mode can last around 30miles. I would recommend it to my friends.

I purchased this E bike to increase my riding distance. All I can say is WOW it really been a great purchase. My friend spent 3 time this amount and got half the bike. I couldn't be happier with this bike. Speed maximum is above stated 28 mph. Bike is great looking and has been versatile for my spouse to ride also. Assembly was easy after watching video. This will be a keeper for daily and trail rides. Excellent purchase price for all the bells and whistles included!!!!

I love this e-bike! It has a plenty of functions, powerful motor and a stylish look. What’s particularly impressive is the capacity of the battery, in my case - it’s a dual battery which as almost endless: after a 50 mile ride it was still 65% full. I can’t imagine how far you can ride to consume the whole charge. Thank you guys for this fantastic bike!
