I ordered this with not a lot of expectations that this would be worth anything to brag about. For the price it goes without saying, this is a starter bass. It's better to get this and learn than not having anything to learn on and pushing off learning bass guitar. The components need upgraded for sure as they used the cheapest of the cheap. The body and neck are in really great shape! It's maple! for this price the body and neck are worth more. I'll slowly upgrade the components but I'm VERY PLEASED with this purchase.

The guitar itself was fine... played easily and sounded good. My problem was that the ad said it was full sized and it was not. The body was smaller than my other p bass and the headstock was different from what is shown in the ad. The scale length as measured was 32 inches, not the 34 inches which I would consider a "full sizes" bass guitar. This bass was closer to a mid sized bass. It would be great for youngsters or adults with small hands. I was needing a full sized bass however so i returned it.

A very nice bass guitar. A very fine finish, no blemishes to be found. It is well balanced and sounds great. The seem pretty good because once I tuned it, it stays there. It comes with a decent slightly padded gig bag and a good cable. Very happy for something this good at this price.
