First off- I have never seen a guitar packed so meticulously. Very impressive. Next , the build quality and attention to detail are well beyond expectation and price point. I bought the matte black version. Upon close inspection, I found no flaws just beautiful workmanship. The contrast of the matte black against wood tone is stunning. I was expecting at least the need to file fret ends. No need. I plugged the guitar into a very cheap little amp from Goodwill. A little bit larger than the size of an encyclopedia. It looked new , so I bought it for ten dollars. The pick up in the guitar offered plenty of output for that little amp , and it sounded great. I then plugged in a Fender tube based distortion pedal , and that was awesome. Don't be afraid to plug this guitar into expensive gear. I am extremely pleased, since this was bought as a gift for a teen focused charity. I was worried for a bit, that it wouldn't measure up. The accessories cover everything needed. I'll be ordering another for myself. The only things I'll replace will be the bridge and nut from plastic to bone. One more thing, the gig bag is nice.

As someone who used to play a Luna Heartsong, the Vangoa Acoustic Electric plays BETTER than it did for about a quarter of the price. The amount of accessories this guitar comes with plus the guitar for $150 is an absolute steal. And its FULL SIZE! I absolutely won the set-up lottery on this guitar. All I needed to do was tune it up and it was ready to play. The tuners are smooth and even after a couple of days of it sitting, it was still relatively in tune, just about 20 cents flat on each string coming out of a slightly less than climate controlled closet. Though the matte finish is obviously going to scratch easy and get shiny quickly, I'm not bothered because the sound of the guitar outweighs the slight inconvenience of the finish not lasting forever. It is SO easy to play and has a smooth, crisp acoustic tone. Included accessories include a gig bag, strap, cable, extra strings, picks, clip-on tuner, manual, alan wrench and a little accessory bag to keep them in. The gig bag and strap are super nice, the clip-on tuner works well, the capo is a high-quality trigger capo and provides ease of changing keys quickly without having to change out of standard tuning. The ONLY complaint I have is that it didn't come with a battery, but 9V's are inexpensive, and as someone who doesn't typically plug an acoustic guitar into an amp, not a deal breaker. 10/10. Would recommend.

WOW......for the price, this is amazing! What you get in addition to the guitar is not very common. They've given you pretty much anything you need to get started. it includes a pouch that holds everything, a Strap, 4 Picks, an extra set of Strings, a Capo, a Tuner, a wipe cloth, a stick-on pick guard, and an allen wrench to adjust the truss rod if needed. And, you get a case for the guitar ! Loving it and couldn't be happier.

The Matte Black finish was excellent! I did sand down the bridge saddle to bring the action closer to the neck. The action is now excellent and when plugged in the tone is even and quite defined. This is an excellent quality guitar at a fantastic price point. The tuners were solid, very responsive and the electronics worked very well. I would buy this again and compared to the "Baby" that my church guitar player has, he now prefers this guitar due to it's unique sound, lighter weight and playability. Definitely a great buy and the accessories package was a pleasant surprise. Capo, picks, strap, cleaning cloth and a tuner which all work well. The tuner is accurate and I tested it against my Strob-O-Scope and it was dead on. If you're hesitant, I've been a musician for 40+ years and this is a good buy for a beginner or intermediate player that needs an all around guitar for playing.

i am so happy with this guitar we have had the best of the best but this guitar sounds great. it’s easy to play for beginners the quality is unreal. it holds its tune for a long time. it came with so much great stuff in the best little bag. the case it comes in is worth the price i paid for the entire guitar and everything its super durable and made well. the guitar is really good looking it stands out. i’m highly satisfied with this purchase. it came super fast very well packaged! i will definitely buy more.

I bought 2 of these - the first one is good - it plays well for the price paid. The second one was not at all. The fingerboard around the 12th fret is coming apart on the top side & buzzes when played up there. Unfortunately I ordered them early during a sale so by the time Christmas came around & they opened them the return window had closed. So I contacted Amazon customer service & the agent I spoke to told me not to worry & had me contact Vangoa directly & ask for help. He said not to worry that they would contact me within a day or two & take care of it for me. He said he would get back to me in a couple days to make sure they responded & no one ever got back to me after that. That was six days ago & I have heard NOTHING from Vangoa. It wouldn't be a big problem except he is signed up for guitar lessons at school & now doesn't have a functional guitar. I suppose I will have to buy another one for him but it really makes me quite upset & it definitely won't be a Vangoa product! I bought this guitar in good faith & it is non-functional & no one will step up to help me. So if you're contemplating buying one of these please keep my story in mind & look elsewhere.
