So my son’s been on his regular kick scooter for a couple years, the 3-wheel kind. But all the kids on our block started getting electric ones, so you know, the pressure was on. We finally decided to get this one. He really likes it. The thumb throttle is easy enough for him to use, he figured that out pretty much instantly. You give it that little kick to get it going and then the motor takes over real smooth. It's not one of those things that jerks you forward. He just cruises down the sidewalk now and thinks he’s the coolest kid in the world. Honestly, the best part is I’m not constantly worried about him. The three wheels make it really stable, it doesn't feel like it's going to tip if he hits a bump. And the speed is… fine. It’s not slow, but I don't have to sprint behind him down the block either, which is nice. He can actually keep up with us when we take the dog for a walk, which means no more of him getting tired and me having to carry his scooter home. That alone might be worth the price. It wasn't totally perfect, though. We had it for maybe a week, and one evening we went to plug it in and the little light on the charger just wouldn't come on. Tried different outlets, nothing. I thought, "Here we go," getting ready for a whole thing with customer service. But I sent them an email and they actually got back to me the next day and just sent a new one. The new charger showed up and it's been fine ever since. So, that was a relief. Anyway, it's a good little machine. The battery seems to last long enough for him to zip around the park for a while. He gets to feel a little more independent, and he's spending more time outside, so I can't really complain. It's a solid buy.

Bought this for my daughters 4th birthday and she was Erie of it at first but as soon as she realized it didn’t go that fast she has LOVED it and wants to ride it allllll the time. After about a month of riding it multiple times a day and getting used to holding the button the rear wheel started locking up. I reached out to support and Cathy was able to help us super quick and is replacing the entire scooter so my daughter can get back to riding! Great customer service and when the scooter was working it was fantastic! Thank you Cathy!

Ok so I ordered 2 of these scooters for my 5 and 6 year old for Christmas. At first we LOVED these scooters, for younger children they’re great. They’re easy to balance on, they go fast enough to keep it fun but not too fast to where they’re dangerous. Steering, accelerating, and braking were all very easy for my kids to learn (especially considering they had never been on electric scooters before). The battery life could be a little better but it’s not terrible. But for the most part, I was happy with these scooters and so were my kids. NOW FOR THE BAD, *sigh*, we went to our local park to use these for only the THIRD time and my son’s scooter only worked for about 5 minutes and then it just completely stopped accelerating. It was acting like the battery was completely dead despite the fact that I had just fully charged it. Anyways, I tried fully charging it multiple times and I was never able to get his scooter to work again. To pay this amount for a scooter and to have it only work for 2-3 uses was very disappointing. But, what frustrates me the most, is that when I purchased these for Christmas, there was a deal on the scooters. And it does not give you the option to exchange these scooters, instead you can only return them and then buy another one. Well of course, after I returned the one that doesn’t work, the deal was gone and I then had to pay full price for the scooter. To have to pay an additional $50 for a defected scooter that wasn’t my fault is extremely frustrating. Overall, these scooters are great for younger children that are inexperienced on electric scooters. However, keep in mind that you could run into the issue of receiving a defected one like we did and there is no way to do an exchange. I’m really hoping these other 2 scooters will last us longer than the first one did!

The media could not be loaded. We got this for our daughter’s 5th birthday, and her reaction was priceless. Of course, it's bright pink and has light-up wheels, so she was immediately obsessed. It was pretty much the main event at her party—all the kids were lining up for a turn. From a parent's POV, the best part was ZERO assembly. Pulled it right out of the box, which was a lifesaver on a crazy party day, thank god. The speed is good too; zippy enough for her to feel cool, but not so fast that I'm constantly yelling "be careful!" But hey, it gets her outside and away from a screen, and she's having a blast. So yeah, for that alone, it was totally worth it. Great gift.

Scooter is pretty neat with the auto on and off as soon as you stop or take off. Rides around 5 mph but my son loves the fact that you can still kick scoot or cruise when the motor engages. We did have a hiccup in the beginning with the first scooter we received, like anything electronic there’s bound to be a dud somewhere. After the first ride we came back home and the scooter wouldn’t charge at all, but once I reached out to the customer service department for this company it was like night and day compared to most others. Cathy was the customer service agent that helped me with this issue. I told her everything I did in fine detail with the scooter and the charging procedure, and without any issues or second thought she sent me a replacement scooter that arrived extremely quickly and we haven’t had any issue with this new one. The customer service from this company is amazing and they will stand behind their product and help you with anything you might need. Even with my first scooter I bought for my son not charging right, Cathy reached out and let me know she is sending us a replacement battery for our none working one just so my son has a back up scooter. I will definitely be buying from this company in the future, they really are top notch!
