Just used my regular pinecil to solder the wire, didn't need to use my lab for this, nice and simple install + calibration on Steam Deck OLED. - Calibration process was simple once I started doing it, just follow the video, mode B calibration (blue led) just match outside circle with the dot. - Force feels absolutely fantastic, not too much, not too little. - Board is high quality. - L1 & R1 buttons feel great.

Super easy to swap out with only 2 solder joints to worry about. Smooth and accurate. The benefits of TMR is slightly less battery use and a round gate vs a square gate of the Hall Effects sticks. More accurate and use magnets for the sensors. I 10000% recommend these for a stick upgrade. Just make sure you pick LCD/OLED appropriately as they are NOT interchangeable.

I'll be the first one to say I understand if you wonder if these are real I did too, and I actually got them, I bought them and put them in my steam Deck OLED, it's easy enough definitely better then stock joysticks, and unlike the hall effect joysticks, the calibration makes sense for one person to do alone, and deposit what Thay say no you don't need the shuddering you only need it if you want the tuch copapsive top if you don't care like me, just cut the wire, only one small note after you power on your steam Deck, give them about 5 minutes for the steam Deck too see Thay are there, before you try to calbtate, in my worst case battery life test Thay saved 1.1watts or about 3 minutes, I know it doesn't sound like much, but in a lighter game, like haides I saw a much bigger difference it was closer to 30 minutes exara, definitely worth the Gamble, and besides Amazon has returns if there not right for you, or whatever

These are the best version of third party sticks I have tested. Better centering performance and less play than the HandheldDIY sticks, calibration 4 pole system insures you get perfect centering and proper range with low error rate. You can fine tune the settings and combine with the thumbstick_cal command to make the gate pattern more or less circlish/square if you desire it for some reason. 1 star off for desoldering+soldering requirement, although using the stock caps from the analog OLED are better feel than DIY's version, which felt more like the original LCD version.

Modulo izquierdo con error, vino con driff y al momento de presionar el botón trasero la steam se volvÃa loca. Debes orar y tener mucha suerte que no te llegue uno de los dos dañado. Recomiendo no gastar tu dinero en ésto y mejor ir por algo seguro y sin mucha complicación.

I bought 2 sets of these for my steam-deck and my girlfriends steam-deck. the set i installed in my deck work perfectly. no drift, easy calibration, very precise controls. however, the set on my girlfriends steam-deck had an issue where the left stick was constantly pressing very far left and wouldn't react to any other input or re-calibration. i returned that set, and got a new set. same issue but on both sticks now. the old sticks worked fine, i don't know if its QC or her deck but im kinda disappointed about having to re-solder this stuff like 6 times.

Excellent TMR sticks for my Steamdeck OLED. Calibration is very easy and effective the sticks have a near perfect output and centering. They have that great smooth frictionless feel as well.

The video guide provided was very informative. I was able to swap and calibrate it with ease. TBH I believe elecgear has the easiest of joystick calibration out there. So much better than the handhelddiy and gulikits.
