The media could not be loaded. I care for an elderly lady of 96 years old and wanted something that would make her smile and maybe sleep a little better at nighttime. As soon as I seen this, I knew it was meant for her 🩷 This snow globe is gorgeous!!! Her son even said he wants one for his room. I even want one to put somewhere lol. It's sturdy, has a decent weight to it, came packaged well, and the glitter just sparkles when the lights hit it. It's just bright enough to see but most def has a good mood lighting to it. I can't believe how reasonably it's priced also....it's worth WAY more imo and everyone else thinks so as well. Would HIGHLY recommend for esthetics alone!!!

So much better than I expected! Love the swirling glitter around the skeletons and the ghost projection on the ceiling. There was a tiny little scratch on the ghost that you can see when the image is projected, but not the biggest of deals. Super cute gift!

We're only going to use this for 1 month out of the year so I wanted this to stay on 24/7 without hearing dumb music out of a bad speaker so I removed the bottom (see below) and disconnected the speaker JST connector from the board. Now I can put it to the music mode (which doesn't have a timer) and run it full time. Why they didn't offer this option in the first place is one of those "wtf's". It's a nice little decoration for the top of a kegerator draft tower (four taps so it's a little wide, this base fits almost perfect). It does weigh a bit so I didn't need to add anything to mount it but just need to remember to take it down if I move the pub/draft/beer/savior box. To remove the bottom battery compartment, I used an eye glass flat head screwdriver to pry it open a little and a second mini screwdriver as a wedge while I slowly worked at the tabs which are a little hard to see until you've got some gap; there are two tabs that, with a little force, will release from the base and give you access. It took some patience and work (I started to think it was glued in but nope, just those tabs and a tight fit). Follow the speaker wire to the JST connector and pry off with needle nose pliers... there was some hot glue on it so a little effort was needed w/that. Snap battery compartment back in and you're golden.

This is a great deal when you catch it at half off. Now that I have one in my hands, I WOULD NOT pay the full $30 price. Pro: fun, festive, winter-themed doodad. glitter is rainbow-y and beautiful. has a power cable. Con: music is annoying and short clips. batteries run out in less than a week of minor usage. The construction is all plastic. You can squeeze the clear chamber like a drinking water bottle. The outside casing is very obviously plastic as well. However, at the 1/2 off $17 price, it was worth it for a festive, seasonal decoration piece that the kiddos are in love with.

I don’t often write a review of products I buy from sellers on Amazon, but I was so skeptical about the value of this particular item in relationship to its cost, that I waited weeks just to order it. And I couldn’t be happier having ordered it. The snow globe is sturdier and more well-made than it appears in the photos - the light and snow effect work amazingly! The snow glitter inside the dome is iridescent and really beautiful with a little motor that keeps the snow constantly moving. The figures inside the dome are nicely detailed and perfectly scaled to the dome. Truly, I was so skeptical about what kind of quality the whole thing was going to be, it’s not even funny. And I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and it looks great in our Halloween village alongside other lighted buildings and figures. Buy one, it’s totally worth the money!
