This old hockey player has some tennis elbow at times. Tight compression sleeves are light, but they never hug evenly on anyone with a decent bicep... always causing issues. This brace's four straps make it easy to adjust in a second or two any time you're uncomfortable. The ice pack sleeve is perfect IMO. It loads from the TOP of the brace, never risking it falling out the bottom/outwards. Also, the brace has a nice thin cloth over it, so you don't get frost bite. While this isn't a hard-framed brace, it is very supportive and relieved my tennis elbow pain immediately, allowing a full recovery in a few weeks time. :)

Recently, my elbow was accidentally twisted in an accident, initially I tried using a pain relief cream to treat my arm, but it had a strong odor. I noticed there was no noticeable change in my elbow and the unpleasant odor persisted, so I had to give up on this method. On a friend's recommendation, I purchased this elbow ice pack, and it was a lifesaver. The material of the inner pocket feels comfortable to the touch, and I can choose between hot/cold therapy according to my needs. Before use, I need to put the ice pack in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, and it can maintain a low temperature for several hours. One thing worth mentioning is that the gel ice pack comes with a plastic bag that can isolate it from other foods in the refrigerator. The elbow brace can be fixed with Velcro, unlike other braces that require me to choose the size of the brace based on my arm. This is flexible as I cannot estimate how much elbow brace my arm needs. After all, the elbow brace needs to leave enough space for the ice pack, and I dislike having to exchange them back and forth. After a few days of use, my arm has healed. Thank you!

Felt really comfortable and able to adjust to fit well. Wonderful product that helped ease my pain. Unfortunately, after about 3 weeks, the velcro style fasteners stopped working in spots and I had to rotate them around to different areas to work. After 5 weeks, it would no longer hold at all and was completely unusable.

The media could not be loaded. When I received the product, I couldn't wait to try it on. There was a smell of some chemical industrial odor when I first opened it, but the product was fine. I put it in a well-ventilated area for a few days before using it. The elbow sleeve can be adjusted to a comfortable looseness according to the size of my arm, which provides more customized compression. I prefer this since I don’t have to deal with the hassle of exchanging or returning products with Amazon due to size issues. While exercising, the elbow sleeve provides great support. My elbow is not as tired as before. Since I have tennis elbow, I also frequently use it with the ice pack. It really helps with pain relief and tendonitis. When I use it with the ice pack, the elbow sleeve holds well allowing the ice pack to stay on my elbow and not slip or move.

Update!! no improvement after trying to make adjustments..... I've used this for 2-3 days now and it works decent during the day. But my issue with this is during sleep. I've had issues with cubital tunnel syndrome so i purchased this to relieve the stress on my ulnar nerve that was causing my hand to slightly swell and to relieve pain and tingling on my pinky, ring finger. The first nite it caused the pain and swelling to increase a little but i thought it might just take time to simmer down the nerve. However the second nite i woke up in the middle of the nite with arm and hand tingling, i tried loosening the straps but that didn't do anyting. i finally just took the brace off and right when i did i felt a rush of blood circulating through my arm. The pain and swelling started to ease. Look for a different brace if your main goal is to use it through the nite while sleeping!!

I purchased this for my husband who suffers from chronic elbow pain due to his time in the military and 35 years of manual labor. The fact that you are able to slip the ice pack directly into the wrap, makes it convenient to use while on the job site. The other great thing is tat same ice pack can be heated in the microwave for heat therapy as well. It's adjustable and has a round pad around the elbow to provide additional comfort. Absolutely the very best wrap he's ever used!

I waited to write this review as I wanted to use it for both cold and hot therapy. I hurt my elbow recently and needed a elbow wrap. I initially thought that this would be the one with round gel beads which burst after microwaving more than 2 times. But this isn’t that! This has a good quality gel bag.. no beads.. and hence the effect of hot therapy was much better and provided relief from pain more effectively ! For the inflammation I used it as a cold therapy wrap and it didn’t lose its coldness quickly like the gel beads. The fit is good. In terms of durability, I definitely think that because of the type of the the gel pad it has, it would last longer. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because it’s a bit heavy for me. But again, I’m petite and may be it’s just me. But overall a good quality pain relief product
