I selected this elbow brace to help with Cubital tunnel syndrome / ulnar nerve entrapment. I basically needed a splint to keep my arm from bending more than 45 degrees while sleeping at night. The metal splints are very strong and rigid (which is good), but I was able to bend them a bit to almost 45 degrees and re-insert them into the brace. Overall, the brace/splint was very easy put on by myself and it was comfortable to wear. I feel it is already producing the intended results, because after only one night of wearing it while sleeping, the numbness and tingling in my fingers has diminished noticeably. I definitely recommend this item for anyone suffering from any of listed conditions.

This is an awesome elbow sleeve. More importantly, it comes in a pair. The price was less than half of those that only come with one sleeve. It is flexible and slips on easily and is easy to remove. It is woven tightly enough to support the elbow without being uncomfortable. BONUS— you get two elbow sleeve. I would highly recommend this product.

I like it but not love it, it’s a brace with straps so I like how you can adjust the tightness. Made with quality material and a steel rod on both sides. It definitely supports the elbow but it restricts motion. I would say it’s okay to just wear if you aren’t active but I think if you’re active or in pain when going to bed then a compression sleeve would be better when doing either of those. If you’re not overly active it’s perfectly comfortable for you.

This worked, but stretched out after only a few uses. It would then slide down my arm, which didn't help my cubital tunnel at all. At first it did support my elbow and it did feel great. It helped reduce my discomfort. However, once it stretched out, it really wasn't any good for me after that.

Just what I needed for cubital tunnel syndrome. Very effective at immobilizing the elbow, Velcro hasn’t worn out yet, and you can easily remove one or both metal braces for desired stiffness. Great value for price. I’m a very skinny adult female and have trouble finding anything in my size, so I wasn’t sure. I could easily adjust it to fit me. It could fit most adults. Take measurements if you’re not sure. Overall I’m satisfied.

As comfortable as you can expect an elbow brace to be. The removable supports are a nice feature. Great price. Helpful for ulner nerve discomfort. I removed one of the supports to make things a little more comfortable for my elbow, to soften the area pressing on my actual elbow. Also had to move the center strap diagonal some. Velcro is strong and holding well so far .

I have a pinched nerve, rotator cuff issues and bought this brace 2 times. First time, I thought I was the wrong size and came with instructions that might as well have been in gibberish Order another size down and this time no instructions! Total waste of time and now I have to go to return both. What was your point of sending this crap!!! Functionality, don’t know can’t put it on. Durability, again can’t put it on. Fit, seriously?! Comfortable elbow brace with 2 metal splints that can be removed. Sometimes I get shooting pain in my elbows and this helps with the range of movement, protecting my elbows. It’s very comfortable to wear without the splints and there is a layer of soft fabric to block the velcro from scratching your skin. Easy to put on with one hand. 3 velcro pieces to adjust the brace.
