They are absolutely beautiful coffee mugs, I gotta say. The style is quite interesting, and the color scheme is simple, and I like that. The only issues I've had is that one of the mugs has a slight defect just below the handle. It appears to be a popped bubble in the glazing process I would assume...? It's really no big deal though. It's only less than a millimeter in size. But kinda "jagged". Other than that, the other mugs seem to be just fine! The only other issue was that the stand was literally cracked at the base straight out of the box. No big deal though, I mean I had some super glue on hand and that seemed to fix it just fine. Just a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, they're great mugs, hold a great amount of coffee and look beautiful, and the stand is quite elegant in it's own right! The only issue being that QC should probably inspect these a bit closer! Regardless, still a great buy, and I am certainly satisfied! ... show more

Great mugs and stand! Love the colours! Very sturdy! Ive dropped a mug while doing the dishes multiple times, and they’ve been fine! Not even a chip! And then one time I dropped a mug on the floor, from about 5ft off the ground, then it broke! BUT their customer service was awesome and sent me a replacement mug within 2 days of emailing them! I'm not sure how big the market is for mug tree's but what I like about this one is that it actually comes with the mugs, most don't. The style of these fits all types of houses. I have bought 2 of them for my rental properties and will buy them again and again. They've been washed several times and don't show any wear so 10/10 on durability. ... show more

I love these mugs (the white ones are my favorite)! They look just like the picture with 3 different shades of white to gray and 2 of each. The design is really cute and the outside feels like smooth nail polish enamel. They hold a large or small cup from the Keurig with enough room for half and half. Purchased these for my coffee station. The stand is plenty sturdy once the mugs are hanging. The lowest hanging mugs do rest ever so slightly on the counter top but it doesn’t look out of place.
